Today West Cornwall Removals Ltd, specifically Peter, Wayne and Mark delivered some sofas. This was an extremely tricky job as they had to come over a balcony 2 stories up which overlooked the sea.

The guys were super upbeat and friendly. They took brilliant care of the sofas and were extra vigilant of the building and the wind direction.

I would 100% recommend them and actually my neighbour has decided to employ them for his sofa delivery.

They were extremely accommodating at the very last minute after another firm let my partner and I down, as the other firm were not able to supply all the required customs paperwork (we moved from Cornwall to Germany). Excellent service from meeting Tyler to the removal guys came and packed everything in an excellent way they were 100% professional and extremely friendly they unpacked everything at our new house again absolutely no problem and very helpful as well and nothing broken or damaged I can highly recommend this company for a truly professional experience.

Called West Cornwall Removals at short notice for a move from Essex down to Cornwall, i was able to move back home at a very competitive price as they had vehicles returning from up North to Cornwall empty, saved me the hassle of doing it myself and worked out cheaper!! Win win! From first point of contact they were friendly, helpful, and the team that carried out the removal (Fred + Dylan) were brilliant, loaded/ unloaded everything in quick fashion and safely with no damages. I could not recommend this family run company enough, I have moved many times in my career and this was the most efficient move.

They say moving is one of the most stressful things you have to deal with in life , but thanks to Bradley and his team @West Cornwal Removals the whole event passed smoothly and none of my requests seemed to much trouble for them.

Professional and punctual, very good service

A ginormous thank you to Macauley, Moddy and Graham, they couldn’t have been better if they’d tried….a massive task, what with awkward access in St Just, heavy rain and strong wind over two days, a long journey, and a nail-bitingly late Completion which meant unloading late and staying over. And they retained their great good humour till the bitter end. Way over a 10 out of 10! I missed them when they’d gone. Thank you lads :)

Just wanted to thank West Cornwall Removals for doing a fantastic job from start to finish, we called them on short notice which wasn’t a problem the this company. Speaking to Viv and sometimes Bradley we arranged our move in just a few days time, we told them we would be packed and ready, we nearly were but not quite, the lads helped us assuring us that it wasn’t a problem, they were so carful packing our big old heavy furniture onto the lorry, every thing covered and protected. We have moved a few times over the year and this move was by far the best and easiest by far, the guys were happy careful and a pleasure to have around. When we arrived at our new home we were tired out after the drive, these guys were out of the lorry still full of beans, unloaded put everything where we wanted and even helped to unpack a bit while we made them a cuppa, brilliant service, a big thank you to you all for making a very hard day into a pleasure.

Thank you for moving us from Whitchurch to St Ives, Bradley Dylan and Lewis. Not an easy move as our house had limited access however you did an amazing job through the sash window.
St Ives was so much easier, apart from the logistics of part load going to Storage unit and our new house only a few bits didnt reach us on day one. However still with smiles on your faces you completed the job, Lewis was a star having to drive back to Sennen to find the bed slatts but he was fantastic. We will certainly use you for future move.

We relocated from Hampshire to Cornwall and really wanted to use a Cornish removals company to start our journey. From the moment I spoke with Bradley and Vivian, I knew that we were were in safe hands. They took the pressure off us completely both with the removals and delivery, nothing was too much trouble. They managed to manoeuvre their vehicles with expert precision and were able to do things other removals companies said weren’t possible. They were fantastic from start to finish.

I cannot praise West Cornwall Removals enough, I used them to collect a valuable piece of machinery for me , it was heavy , awkward to move , and tipping down with rain when they arrived at nearly midnight, they stayed on to help me to offload it and put it in my shed with me, I made them a hot brew and they were more than helpful and polite, and would not hesitate to advise anyone to use them .

We moved a little over two weeks ago, during Storm Dennis, to say the weather was horrendous was an understatement but Bradley and his Team at West Cornwall Removals were fabulous. They arranged for a few days to pack us up prior to the moving day as we had a lot of things - we could not fault them in the slightest. As the weather was so bad, they arranged for the rest of our things (garden/outdoor) to be delivered at another time which suited us - this was great as it allowed us to settle in and the weather to change. We also had a car that needed transporting - Bradley’s Dad was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble. They collected the car and kept it in their compound until we were ready to receive it at our new home.
We would highly recommend Bradley, his Father and the team for all their help and what they did for us. Their care and kindness was outstanding - nothing was too much trouble!!! Thank you so very much.

We used West Cornwall Removals last August and were thoroughly pleased with their service.
During Covid times were difficult but we found that this firm went above and beyond with their paperwork, physical help and flexibility with awkward solicitors and buyers/chain.
I would like to question the review by J Morris whose description of their move is too far removed from anyone else’s experiences. In fact I find it very sad that someone wishes to threaten and blacken a firm’s reputation in public before sorting out their differences beforehand. It certainly begs the question if J Morris is telling the truth?
To conclude West Cornwall Removals kept to their price, always turned up on time, worked very hard indeed, communicated frequently and never let us down. I wholeheartedly recommend this firm and hope other readers are not taken in by the 1* review
