My Stove travelled over 400 miles from Southampton to Isle of Arran, well packaged and in great condition.

Ordered a Gazco Radiance 105R electiric fire from this excellent company at the end of May 21 as their price was extremely fair. The fire was delivered by their own driver who was totally friendly and helpful ( a fair trek from Southampton to our house in Liverpool) My review is somewhat late as the fire has been fitted in a new extension, however, I cannot rate this company highly enough from the acknowledgment of order, polite informative phone call updates right through to our delivery. Ordered a Malvern Electric Stove in June. It was not in stock but as soon as it was it was delivered quickly and professionally.
The stove is absolutely brilliant, the flame effect is amazing and it brightens the lounge beautifully.
All of the staff that I communicated with were very helpful.

I recently purchased an electric Evonic E1030 fire from West Country Fires and would like to thank, Sarah, Jackie and Trevor who all were so helpful and made my customer experience flawless. Sarah really reassured me on my purchase and worked really hard to get the fire I wanted to me as quickly as possible, Jackie made sure I knew exactly when my fire would be delivered and Trevor was a superstar delivering it to me home. One happy customer and highly recommend, if you're looking to buy a fire.

Excellent Service and Advice

Whilst placing my order i spoke to 3 different individuals and all were outstanding. I was told that they would deliver my new fire within 7-10 days. I received my order 2 days after I ordered it. I am over 230 miles from the store and i have received excellent service and would recommend this company to anybody. Carol M

Service was excellent Vicky Sarah Martin my order was a supply only and the gas installer installed it wrong wish I had them to fit but they did everything to help me get it wight could not do enough to help me out hats off brilliant five star service p lines

Absolutely brilliant. Nothing short of praise for the wonderful team who fulfilled my other at short notice. Everything was in the box as expected and the fireplace (Gazco eReflex 135R) is working flawlessly. Cannot recommend enough!

First class service, I live in Glasgow and bought a fire from West Country. Their product knowledge was excellent and they were all extremely polite and helpful.
The fire arrived on a pallet exactly as they said it would and when they said it would arrive.
I did have a slight problem which was resolved straight away with a 24hr courier service. I will definitely recommend West Country Fires.

Ordering our fire from West Country Fires was easy and a very good price. We haven’t received the item yet but are keeping us informed of delays due to COVID-19.

We ordered a Gazco fire which we have now had fitted. The people in the showroom were very good especially the older man who gave us the confidence to buy with them. They told us it would be about 2 to three weeks wait which we understood due to COVID etc. On the fourth week we had not heard anything and had to ring only to be told they could not find the order and would ring back, which they did and told us it wasn’t on the lorry but should get the following week. It eventually came on the sixth week but the communication was appalling as we had to ring them every time. We believe the reason for this was because they were not fitting it as we had our own fitter. Impressed with the sales but not the following up.
Well today the 30th December I received a phone call regarding my review and they apologised and asked where they went wrong. After talking to them and their apology I can only commend them for following the review up telling me if there was any need for help in the future don’t hesitate to ring them. Which I will do. Thank you for your concern in this matter and would like to say I would NOW use again if needed.

We were extremely pleased with the service received from Martin & the young lady who phoned with updates. We wanted a Dimplex Danville to replace a similar model that finally died after 10 years. The fire was delivered, from stock, on time & at a good price. Who could ask for more. Well done West Country Fires.

I dont usually bother to write reviews but in case I was compelled to by my extremely postive experience I recieved from West Country Fires. I recently purchased a Dimplex Sunningdale Opti-V Electric Heater for my mum and this company had the best price and also had amazing service from them. Martin responded to my questions so quickly and helpfully and even replying in the evening which I did not expect. The lady I spoke to was also very friendly and helpful. Delivery was really quick, ordered Monday afternoon and was delivered by a really nice man on Thursday morning. My mother is really happy with the heater and so I am. I would 100% recommend this company and would definately buy from them again.

We went to West Country Fires after seeing a fire on the internet we liked and we found out they stocked it. I emailed Tim a couple of times with different questions, to which he always replied promptly. We were welcomed At the showroom by Bill, what a charming and helpful man. We didn’t end up purchasing the one we had gone to see, but in fact a whole different suite. Bill kept in contact with us the whole way through to delivery. There were some fittings missing When the fire arrived, but Bill dealt with getting them sent to us promptly and professionally........great, great firm! Thanks

Was a bit sceptical ordering a £2k fire here after reading some of the critical reviews but these guys had stock where others didn't. I have to say they were really good. Called and had all questions answered. Delivery was quick, arrived on a pallet that wouldn't fit in our garage at first but the driver helped us sort it out to get in. He also stuck around while I opened it all up to check no scratches on the glass and it was all perfect condition. Fitted a week or so later all working and looks great. Pleased with purchase and would not hesitate to recommend West country fires.
