Be aware that once West Drive have your payment, it’s extremely difficult to get any after service if you find anything wrong. They were very quick to take the money and very slow to respond to subsequent faults found on the vehicle.
They stated, in writing, that the fault on my vehicle was covered by the Kia guarantee, this turned out not to be true...So I asked them to correct it, they refused...however after several stronger conversations they finally agreed to fix it. This took several trips, at my expense, as they ordered in the wrong parts...!!!
Also worth noting that when I test drove the car it had a complete set of mats, however, when I picked it up these mats were missing, but i was reliably informed that i could buy a replacement set for £190 ...!!! Unbelievable,
It also took 16 days to receive the logbook, and I still haven’t received the promised replacement number plates.
Be careful with your dealings with this family-owned business as they certainly do not have family values.
They seemed to care only about making the sale, with little regard for customer satisfaction or long-term support.
Overall, my experience buying a second-hand car here was riddled with stress, poor communication, and a lack of accountability.

Honestly wish I’d never stepped foot in this place!! I brought a car end of January and have had to take it back twice because of problems with the brakes. They changed the alternator pulley one time the second time they’ve changed the auxiliary belt and cleaned all the brakes. Both times they’ve had my car for a week and with minimal communication. The first time they gave my car back with no fuel and low tyre pressure. This time… my AirPods have gone missing from my car and the last known date was when I dropped my car off and since then they’ve been taken from the case and are no longer traceable on find my iPhone!! (My car was only meant to be with them for a few hours the second time so I left my things in there). The worst part is, the brakes are still squeaking.
They are taking no responsibility for anything! DO NOT GO HERE!!

Do not take your car to Kia Braintree the salesman was very rude abrupt and uses a third party website to price your car so they lost my sale went to a different garage got my asking price and walked away with a new car so well done west drive one rude salesman lost u a sale but got me a better deal so one good thing

Having hired vehicles with Ford for 7 years with no problems at all, I thought I would have a change and get a Mazda, big mistake! The car is lovely but having been told to cancel my tax and take out a new tax account for my new vehicle I stupidly assumed that Mazda would register the vehicle in their name! Like Ford has always done! They didn’t do this and I have received an £80 from DVLA 6 months after I part exchanged the vehicle to Mazda west drive! After contacting them directly I have been told this will not be refunded! I will never use this motor again! Terrible customer service

Please don’t deal with this crook, purchased a car for £9000 he had advertised the Mercedes with sat nav it was missing the software he refused to put it right and refused to give a receipt, when I challenged him on this he used the term you people, I can only assume this reference me being white,I have never been racist and never expected that from a business owner. Pleased be warned this company are crooked they couldn’t wait to be paid in cash, makes you wonder if they are declaring it. May look into this.

Excellent service when buying our car from westdrive braintree very straight forward and everything we asked for was done, very happy with the service and car was in excellent condition when we picked it up.
Great Kia garage in Braintree
Have used Westdrive for a good few years now and have bought 2 new cars from them. Also used them for servicing, repairs and MOT etc. Have generally found the staff to be friendly, honest and accommodating. As long as we have Kia cars we will continue to use them. Thanks Westdrive !
