Excellent.
Excellent.
Overnight the power went off for about 30 houses but was on again about 0700.
Later that day, about 1300, the power went off again - this time, I'm told, affecting only 3 houses.
Sometimes things do go wrong - it's how they're fixed that makes the difference!
After I 'phoned, engineers were outside within the hour. Once fixed, they called to check all was OK. I was also 'phoned back by their customer services to check all was OK.
Couldn't ask for better service.
Westernpower's engineer caused a power …
Westernpower's engineer caused a power cut when he was called in by South Wales Police, blowing up our server and causing £2000 damage. Despite 5 witnesses in the shop, and two police officers they denied it was them!
The are assuming that I will not take them to county court as it will cost. Dishonest and downright bullies.
Customer Service Brilliant
Met with 3 Guys today from Western Power Distribution who got the job done replacing/moving a post. Len helped me tremendously and I just wanted to say thank you.
Great customer service.
