You have to give 1 star, but they don't even deserve this. I think they don't even have the product and it's all one big scam!! You pay and you get nothing. No product, no reaction.

Like others I would like to give no stars. I did receive the mat I ordered. It does have Hitorhike written on it which I read they were mis-selling as Westhikers. I only used it once before it sprang a leak. I have repeatedly asked for this to be resolved but after one email asking for pictures, I've received nothing.

Christmas 2021, ordered a mattress, paid for it, have never received it despite multiple emails. For the last 3 months they haven't even responded. Maybe I should just be more patient? 😁

Scam company. Over $200
And my credit card refused to reimburse the charges when I filed a dispute

Update….after arguing with cc rep and asking to speak with a manager, the manager finally authorized a full refund on my cc.

This is a totally bogus company. I ordered two items as Christmas gifts at a cost of $90, they charged my credit card, and then they never shipped anything, despite repeated requests for shipping information. Don't waste your money and time with them. They should be charged with fraud.

It's a scam. Never received the product I ordered and they never replied to the numerous Facebook messages or e-mails - despite the fact they continue to send e-mail update to me.
My card has recently been compromised and money stolen off it, so I'm looking into whether it was linked.

The same as other people on this list, I ordered in early December of 2021, two hiking mattresses and one sleeping bag. After I kept asking where my order was 2-3 months later, was told shipping companies told them because of pandemic loss of orders got backed up. Asked for a tracking number, no response. I had also paid for shipping insurance! THEY STILL HAVE A FACEBOOK PAGE UP!

I would give 0 stars if I could. Did not receive my order and no one is responding to my emails. Avoid this place at all costs.

This is a terrible company. They never delivered my order. Refused to refund me and argued that it was in fact delivered. It was not. Avoid this rip off merchant.

Bed mat £50 + has not arrived in 3 months - do not return emails - scam - do not go near them. Face book should not be promoting them at all - thought you would be able to trust because it was through Face Book - shame on you both

Don’t trust Westhikers. Paid 150 for 2 mats and still waiting 3 months later. No response to emails. Scam site!!

ZERO STARS ACTUALLY! Ordered two months ago and contacted customer service within 24 hours and NO REPLY. Have completed their CONTACT form and sent emails numerous times and no reply!
Beware of this company.

I ordered a hiking mattress at start of December 2021 and it is now March - three months later - no mattress and no promised tracking number. I think the whole thing is a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
When I put my order number into their website to check its status - the number is obviously made to too- as it pulled up a transaction from 2018.

Non existent customer service. I placed an order and 3 weeks later I am still waiting to receive confirmation that order has shipped. I tried contacting customer service multiple times to find out about shipping status but I have never heard back. I'm feeling like I got scammed!
