DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Look at the reviews this is pretty much a scam. Ordered a month ago, never received item or tracking info. Wish I saw the reviews before I wasted my money.

purchased 2 mattresses back in early Dec 21. Never received a tracking No and never heard from them again. Have sent countless emails and now more than 2 months later have not had a single reply. Extremely disappointing they don't have the good manners to bother to respond.
Fraud and scam comes to mind.

Totally useless site. Delivers or not, never pays back the money spent if the delivery is not finalized, and will not unswer if you complain by Email. Warning, do not shop anything there!

DO NOT BUY! I purchased a mattress and it did not even last one night without deflating completely. I contacted West Hikers for support 4 times over 2 months and they didn’t even bother to respond. Extremely disappointing

Back in June 2021 i ordered a mattress from west hikers. It took nearly 28 days to arrive. Quality was poor and returned it within the 30 day window after numerous emails w them for a zip code since USPS needed that. Sent photos of pkg and tracking info to them. Spent $44 to return. Today, 6 mths later, Jan 12, 2022 the pkg was returned to me. Unknown, Gone away, Refused, Unclaimed was checked on the pkg. fortunately my CC company has been investigating and i recd my money bk for the item but not shipping.

Unfortunately I didn't see this review site before ordering.
I am currently in dispute with West Hikers. As others have said, they misrepresent their credentials, the product I finally received from China after over a month is rubbish and I've now found for sale on Wish for 1/3rd of the price, the response to communications are nearly nonexistent, basically they are scammers. Do not use. I've reported to Facebook, where advert originated, with no response. I've reported to Mastercard. I feel so foolish.

Bought 2 mattresses from West Hikers. The one mattress lasted 1 night. After numerous mails to the company no feedback!!!!!! Stay away from this company. They have terrible after sales service!!

Never received the air mattress I ordered or any correspondence from this company.

I paid US£113.90 (about £84.00) for 2 inflatable mattresses because the website led me to believe that this is a US company selling Nordic design mattresses. What arrived were 2 cheap blow up mattresses that would not keep its shape. A child's cheap inflatable swimming ring is made of better quality material than the mattress. When I requested a return and refund, I was told that I had to return the mattresses to an address in China, so not a US company!!! I have to send them proof of shipment with a tracking number, therefore the postage will cost me a small fortune. On top of that, they will only refund if they deem the item in perfect condition and will probably only give a partial refund. I do not deem it worth trying for a return and refund, even though I have NOT used the mattresses, and incur the extra expenses with no guarantees. They scammed me once, it is more than likely the returns will be a scam as well. I made an extremely expensive mistake buying from this company and I will just have to chalk it down to a painful expensive experience and learn from it. Please learn from my mistake and DO NOT be tempted to buy anything from them.

Paid 132$au for two mats in June 2021, got a Jun express number in July and then nothing till number was cancelled in November. Never any response from planet hikers. Do not ever buy from them!!!!!

Ordered my mattress in June and still haven't received it. Clearly this is a crooked outfit.

The product is not as advertised, poor quality mat that doesn't stay inflated. Takes weeks to ship. Their customer service is awful, I've been trying to get through to them and all they tell me is that "they will refer me to the department in charge to immediately take care of my case". I was told this 3 times over the span of a month with no follow up.
Bad company, don't waste your money

Absolute scam - I paid good money for one of their products on the website (The Planet Hikers) Never arrived, waiting 3 months now, no response to my emails.

AVOID.

PLANET HIKERS are the same brand as West hikers. Taken our money months ago and no product.
BEWARE PLANET HIKERS, DONT ORDER!

Product was really good while it worked, until it stopped holding air after a few trips. I contacted customer support and they got me to send photos, videos, everything! I jumped through lots of hoops to support my warranty claim, they told me they would send me a replacement, but the replacement never came and they started ignoring my emails! They also blocked me from commenting on their marketing posts on Facebook as I was sharing my experience! I wish this wasn't the case as I actually liked the product, but just beware if yours start leaking, like a lot of people's have, they will not look after you! They will just screw you around for nothing! The least they could do is send out another one of there cheap mattresses (cheap quality, not cheap to buy) as a replacement, but they don't even do that!

Like almost everyone else who have reviewed this supplier the experience is bad, really bad! I'm sorry to say I got suckered. I ordered in early June 2021 and haven't seen the product. Lesson learned. By the looks of it these people have moved on to other brand names. Lesson learned.

It would be zero if I could. I wish I had all this info before I too got ripped off by these folks. Kicking myself for getting suckered.

Received a faulty product as it leaks. Spent 5 nights on a multiday trek sleeping on the floor. How's that for disappointment!

Zero communication from customer service. With this I do not expect they will refund me. Terrible customer service. Do not invest in a company that does not care!
