I would write zero stars if I could. Total scam company. Finally got my $75 mattress after 2 months and it's garbage and does not come with a pump. Oh but don't worry I can buy one for $30.

Scam! Reality isn't even close to the specs they give!

This company is not based on US, but in China. The mattress does not hold air even on the first night out. If you want your money back, you need to send your good to China with your own cost!!! This is more than the price of the product. Never use the services of this company. VERY BAD!!!

Same as all the other reviews. Sucked in by a very good Facebook Page and false reviews. The product is total crap - comes out of China not USA where I ordered and paid USA prices. Asking for an address to return but no response even after sending numerous emails...It is a very profitable scam....stay away

I purchased a mattress pad and inflated. It seems like it would work. After one night, it no longer holds air all night. This product is absolute crap. I’ve tried to contact the company and the will not respond. They ripped me off. I am angry. Do not purchase from Westhikers.

Paid but not delivered. Now they’re not answering any of my emails. Total scam. May have changed their name to Campscapes or something similar, selling a blow up mattress.

This is not helpful, we’re having the same discussion since start of the year! I’m very unhappy with your service. I sent money and got nothing. I have to fight for my rights since december!

1) The question isn’t that the order hasn’t been delivered to my adress, but it didn’t reach me. Maybe because YOU accepted the delivery be put anywhere near the house. I guess somebody stole it.

2) I did and forwarded the answers from DPD four times to you.

3) ridiculous hint, see 1).

THE answer from DPD is that they have a contract with WESTHIKERS, not with me, so it’s up to WESTHIKERS to start the investigations for the INSURANCE COMPANY to help. Please go on.

Bad bad company . I don’t even think they really exist. I finally demanded a refund. After many days of order I still was getting a tracking number , they couldn’t even tell me if order was processed .

I did a google search for a camping pad for my son, and West Hikers came up first. I bought because it said it was US based company and I was trying to support a company outside of Amazon because I usually buy from Amazon and I thought it would be good to support others. I usually do a search on any company I have not heard of, but did not. I am beyond pissed. It has been three weeks so I just checked on it and it shipped from China -- and will not arrive until after he needs it. But to return it I have to ship it back to China. I am going to go to the post office and see I can refuse delivery, because this is completely false advertising. I am really annoyed at myself because I normally do a very complete search and did not.

Received the package from China. Opened up box and the labeling was some other company other than West Hikers. HitorHike was the brand shipped. Looks like cheap Chinese manufactured product. Doesn't even look like the items listed on their webpage. They claim 'Based out of the US and recognized globally, as a company and community, we focus on traveling to new places, creating new goals and commemorating life’s moments along the way.' on their website. I was expecting good quality product from USA not China. Sent e-mail, now waiting on a return goods authorization. Its been 24 hours and no response.
Not recommending this product

Ordered mattress from Westhikers web site. Arrived fine but when I opened it realised it was pure cheap Chinese tat. I haven't used it yet but predict it will last only a few uses. Rip off central.

Ordered a mattress - very quickly realised I'd sent it to wrong address (an old one) - straight away sent email to customer care followed by NUMEROUS emails, messenger, insta, fb message to advise change of address. Not one response. Utterly INFURIATED.

Bought a mattress for 50 USD. It lasted 3 nights, then the valve started to lose air. Contacted the company, they said the refund policy states the faulty item had to be shipped back to the factory in China. I sent it and tracking shows it was received. They don't reply to my emails and of course there is no refund. These Chinese scammers are everywhere on Facebook with very cool adverts. DO NOT BUY THESE CRAPPY PRODUCTS.

I ordered two mats, but then cancelled within 24 hours as I found a better offer. they cancelled my order, but did take my money. no reply to several emails about reimbursement.

Beware of scams. I ordered in November, still no item received.
Tracking at FedEx say invalid tracking.
