My query was dealt with promptly and professionally. It was explained the type of coin I'd have received to make up the collection. This helped immensely and resolved my query.

Ended up in a subscription even though I bought one item only, so I’ve been charged for something I don’t want.
As per other reviews, this seems to be a thing they do, not making anything clear. Very very sus.

Sneaky practices offering free coins and then signing you up automatically to a £30 a month subscription. They then dispatch the new order before you can cancel and make you "wait 10 days" to return it for a refund. I haven't received it yet but the practice is incredibly annoying and unethical. Scammy company.

I ordered the gold plated 50p Spitfire coin on the 25/04/26 and I'm still waiting for it. Disgusting delivery time! They said they'd dispatched it on the 4th May 2026 and still not received! Absolutely terrible service. I don't even know whether I will eventually receive it. I phoned them and was told they'd dispatched it on the 5th, not the 4th as notified me by e-mail. So they lie too! I won't use this company ever again. Crap service! And they know it!!!!! Today 11/05/2026 and eventually received it. 2:30pm. Better late than never!

I've had a terrible experience with the TWC!
I initially signed up to receive a badge but they tie you up to receive monthly badges with additional costs etc

Rang about a order that I had not received so they immediately put another coin in the post ,that I received the next day .

The customer service agent was brilliant as I had some trouble with placing an order via a couple of order references, the agent resolved this issue, and found the items with a special order being placed with one of these, as I was informed there was only one item left in stock. Both of these were notified via the normal notification route, and sent onto myself with the normal delivery taking place.

EDIT: After this review I was asked for further info which I gave. No response. I've also tried yet again to return the coins and the free returns with Royal Mail doesn't recognise my account number! I am waiting to hear from Trading Standards as of 9/5/26.
I am at my wits end with this Company. I ordered what I thought was a one off collection. Beautiful coins, happy. Then I get another and another. I cancelled my subscription. Then I get another collection that I did not order. I decided to remove my payment card thinking this would stop them. It didn't. I receive yet another set of coins. I couldn't believe it. I tried to get into my account, but couldn't. The request on their website didn't produce any link to reset my password. I emailed. I wanted them to make sure my subscription was definitely cancelled as I didn't want anymore coins. Told me how to return the coins and said another reset link would be sent. Didn't receive the link. I was going to stupidly pay for more coins I did not order. I then looked up subscription scans abd saw that if you receive items you didn't order you had rights under an Act which I cant remember now. I wrote saying I do not have do pay, so come and collect Another email saying when can they collect. I replied. Get another email saying give them a ring to arrange. By now I am feeling incredibly harrassed and upset. I am not going to spend any more time on these unsrupulous people. They can just send someone to collect as I told them days to avoid. Today I get an email saying DO NOT IGNORE and they are threatening to take me to Court. How I am feeling right now is so damn stressed. I have now send an email to Trading Standards as I am pulling my hair out.
AVOID THIS COMPANY. YOU'LL BE RECEIVING COIN COLLECTIONS FOREVER THAT YOU NEVER ORDERED. STILL ONGOING AS OF 4TH MAY

Following the, as usual, polite response, I learned of a new Patron Saint I had never heard of.
Thanks to the Patron Saint 50p collection, I found out about St Sampson, who is the Patron Saint of Guernsey.
He was born in the late 5th century in Wales and was one of the 7 founders of Brittany. He arrived from Brittany in the 6th century, bringing Christianity to the islands. The later church was consecrated on 22nd May 1111.

I've only dealt with the Westminster Collections company twice, both times over the phone with a lady cc alled Diane. She has excellent customer service, is very polite, understanding and helpful. She understood my situation and showed her empathic side in every way possible. I would definitely recommend this company and I myself will surely go to them for future dealings. thank you Diane, you're an absolute star.
