My horrible experience at Westminster collection

Hello, my experience at this "Westminster collection" went horrible due y the fact that I put 14 things for 30 pounds in my cart and when I tried to register apparently I already made an account so I checked my emails if I did register and no email enquiring about it, so I made an account for a test and still said I made an account. So as the normal person who would, I pressed forget password and checked my email and yes they sent a link but when I pressed it, It said that it didn't EXIST? So I tried to register again and another error took me back to the same sign in page and now I couldn't even sign in or register which means I couldn't buy the product flip you and your stupid Westminster collection for wasting my time.

Absolutely awful experience.

Absolutely awful experience.
Having been a account customer since 2023 and ordering many coins and gold bullion, I have to say the last experience is awful.
I purchased a titanic coins in march as a birthday gift and it was lost in thr post. Not the envelope, the actual coin was lost due to very bad packaging. I captured the post man on our cctv delivering a opened white envelope from Westminster coins. The coin was missing along the way and it was clear the envelope used was not fit for purpose. I called Westminster coins and they offered a replacement.
The coin was alleged to have been send but again nothing has arrived.
When I called them they said to allow 2 weeks for delivery.
I now have to wait another 5 working days before calling to get a refund for a coin that won't turn up AGAIN.
I will in future source coins from other online sellers that will send out the coin as per the order.
Awful experience and needless to say I will be closing my account with Westminster coins once my refund has been received.

Subscription scammers

Scammers! Will sign you up to a subscription and charge your account. Scummy behavior

Update: They charged me £28.98 for what turned out to be £15 worth (ebay sold items) of 50p coins from sets completely different to my original order, and flagged my review as "harmful or illegal content". I take pride in harming scammers profits and I hope many people see this review.

Do not use this company

Do not use this company. I made what I believed was a one-off purchase for a coin, only to later discover I had been signed up to a subscription without clear consent. There was no obvious or transparent explanation of any ongoing fees during the checkout process.

To make matters worse, they then took an additional £28 from my account. The lack of transparency around their subscription is extremely concerning.

I strongly advise others to avoid this company and be very cautious, as their practices feel misleading and unfair.

RIPOFF

If i could give a zero star that's what I would give because they don't make it clear that if you place an order you are also singing up to a subscription, as they have taken money out of my bank account i gave them a call to cancel and was told that no money would be taken and nothing else would be sent yet today a delivery from them was delivered so as i see it they are totally UNTRUSTWORTHY.
