We were excited to move in and it did not disappoint. It is great to be so close to town in a brand new modern apartment with all the mod cons. The experience was made easy by the help of the friendly sales staff who let us sit with them until the monies had exchanged hands. Thank you so much for your help Judy and Valerie. I really loved her smiling personality.,, and showing me the gorgeous beautiful apartment with all extremely modern equipment I was very impressed .. the main thing I liked about Judy was she walked and showed me every little detail … and always offered me to ask anything.. I couldn’t be happier with my new home! The entire process was smooth and stress-free, and any minor snags that came up were handled with incredible care. Will Lockett and Lyn Woolfe were absolute stars—coordinating everything quickly, keeping me informed at every step, and making sure each little detail was sorted out perfectly. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine friendliness made the whole experience a pleasure. I’m so grateful for their hard work and would recommend them without hesitation!

Been moved in for two weeks now, not only have teresa and Rich been so efficient with helping me getting settled in, they are always so friendly and happy to help which has made the experience so much nicer for me as a nervous first time buyer.

Id also like to give credit to Will the site manager, after having a couple of minor snagging issues, Will has been so on it with getting things sorted with clear communication throughout.

I don't even know where to begin! Rich, Teresa and even the building team currently on site at Brentwood Central have been nothing but amazing. From the moment I walked in to the showroom to being handed the keys, I have had a truly wonderful experience.

I was updated constantly about the building work, emails responded within an hour or so and it was always with a positive attitude. I cannot thank them both enough and I will always remember them being a part of my first buying experience!

My flat has been built to a brilliant standard and so far with no major issues at all. I am certain however that if and when an issue does arise, I will be in good hands with Lyn.

And I am still waiting for Weston Homes to rectify the issues I have been raising for years. The response from them on this forum was just to make a good picture of themselves in public view. I keep chasing them every month and some customer service staff keeps making false promises and yet the issues are still there. Even the head of customer services C. BORGES has had been copied in every single email where she made commitments initially but has clearly disappeared and does not responds back at all, obviously she is not interested in replying back or sorting out issues of their valued customers. Next step I am taking will be seeing a solicitor soon to take them to court for compensation. Please avoid these developers. All they want is your money and once they have it they don't want to know you or stick to the commitments they make.

I bought a flat from Weston Homes in Harlow (Edinburgh Gate). The initial process and interaction with the sales team was great.
Now after I moved in and started with the snagging jobs, many were completed in a timely manner and many were ignored, it's now been over three years and I still keep chasing the customer service team to get the jobs done. I was promised that even if my 2 years of warranty runs out and the jobs are on the system they will finish them but to my biggest surprise they closed all the jobs without even finishing them and never notified me until I made an official complaint and a manager came down to review and agreed to my complaint. Now still a few jobs are pending and I regretfully keep chasing the customer service team where I have to wait for over two weeks to get a reply. Please be mindful if you are a buyer do hire a snagging company and keep a record of all emails and get the jobs finished properly as some Weston home's engineers messed up a few things at my place and the customer service team has had been ignoring to fix the issues. One thing is for sure and that is i am not buying from Weston Homes in the future as I had one of the worst experiences of my life with their customer service team.

I couldn’t complement Will and the site team any higher, any slight snagging issue has been resolved within hours of asking and even re plastered my wall after having electric work completed. The sales team have also been super helpful and answer any queries quickly.

It’s the sales and customer service staff that warrant this review. Judy and Valerie in sales and Chloe in customer services have been exceptionally helpful throughout the process.
Dealing with queries and changes and now I have the flat, snagging, nothing has been too much trouble.
The issues that I have had, they have been helpful and prompt in resolving them.

The apartment itself is amazing. The finishing touches make all the difference. It is scary buying off plan but as a development company you can really see how much pride they take in their work. It is better than I imagined.
After I moved in, I was assigned an after care personnel. I had a few snags (as expected, nothing major) and within a few hours the site manager Will got in touch and offered to sort it out. Honestly, everyone has consistently gone above and beyond and most of all are genuinely good people.
