Ordered some flooring but when the handyman came we realised a box was missing so we didn’t have enough! I called customer service and the manager drove down and delivered the extra flooring so it could be fitted the same day. Couldn’t ask for better customer service and really grateful - it looks fab! Thank you so much

Brilliant customer service from Jordan. The wet wall that we ordered was quite different to the sample we had and as it was not what we were looking for we decided to return it. Jordan arranged for the order to be picked up and it was refunded very quickly. There were no hassles whatsoever.

We have since purchased a few other things from them because of the great service that we received.

I tend to judge companies on how they deal with complaints/problems and they came out on top. I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

They contacted me very quickly after I made the order online and arranged a delivery date to suit me. Very well organised and helpful.

I ordered my ceiling panels and surrounds online then half an hour later I was picking them up.

Great service very happy with the Desert Stone wall panels supplied. Unfortunately they dont use couriers for delivery so we had to arrange our own to uplift the items we needed for north of Scotland so, one star deducted for that.

Helpful and accommodating from first enquiry to final collection. Highly recommend

The quality of the wall panels are superb. The delivery was also super fast. It was like next day delivery and just took less than 12 hrs from the order, to receiving the items in home. Perhaps the items in stock, but even then I have never experienced any delivery faster than this. Great job!!.
I have ordered more panels for second bathroom.

Hugely disappointed that my wet wall panels resemble absolutely nothing of the sample I received and what I had based my order on.

Unfortunately, my wet wall
was collected and fitted by my contractor and I did not see the bathroom until finished.

It's now nothing I expected or wanted - very disappointed!!

Great service, advised on what type of panel to go for and delighted with the matt white panelling for kitchen ceiling. Also had to rearrange collection pick up a few times and guys were great about it. Thank you.

They answered all my questions, delivered items when they said they would and carried them upstairs. Very helpful and professional.

I only ordered a sample but it arrived the next day. Excellent service. I am pleased with sample and will be in to visit Hillington Store when I am ready for panels.

Delivery very quick.
Not opened items to check all ok yet but disappointed with the website offering 5% off, AFTER payment was made.
All in all, would use again.
