Excellent service
Ordered a sample, arrived promptly. Asked a question, answered promptly. Ordered some floor tiles for shower room. Called a couple of days later with a time for delivery. Arrived exactly as arranged. Tiles in good order.

Wet wall was damaged on corners didn’t really affect the work I was doing as they were getting cut but could have been a problem to someone else. The delivery driver was really helpful and can’t really fault anything else’s for the price

The customer service was excellent.
The customer service was excellent. Went to another company first for my tiles but the way their sales guy spoke to me put me off. So i found Wet Walls and Ceilings and they couldn't be more different! Spoke to Alan who was courteous, professional and answered my questions patiently, as well as match the price of the tiles from other company! I will not only use this company in future but will highly recommend them to friends and family.
