Let down by an appalling delivery service
Not a problem with Wex themselves but the DPD delivery. The tracking number provided didn't work. No delivery notification despite having provided email address and phone number. Happened to come across my lens in a cardboard box beside the dustbin - not even a note through the door to say it had been left. Thankfully came across it before the rain started. Not a problem with Wex directly but they are ultimately responsible for the delivery.

Eclipse glasses ordered for the August 2026 near total solar eclipse. I ordered them two days before the eclipse and they were available for pick up the next day. The glasses were not overpriced, they were good quality and they worked perfectly. Service was friendly - I picked them up in the Whitechapel store.

Good Service
Wex was one of the few places that had the Ricoh GR IV in stock. Easy to order with good communication, but I’m a bit puzzled by the tracking number they gave me. DPD tracking indicated that they were still waiting to receive it, when in fact they delivered it it next day with a completely different tracking number. Not really a problem as I was home anyway, and I received it earlier than expected.
