Disappointing delivery notification - waited in all day Sunday for nothing
I have always had good service from Wax but the delivery this time was disappointing.
I received an email with a tracking link on Saturday 9th August, saying my delivery would arrive some time on Sunday 10th and they would message me with a one hour delivery window when the parcel left the depot, usually by 12pm.
So I got up earlier than usual on Sunday, just in case and waited in all day.
I WAITED IN ALL DAY SUNDAY FOR NOTHING!
The next contact was an email at 9:48am Monday as follows:

11th April 2025
between
12:28-13:28
I didn't have a choice not to wait in for it as it was extra batteries for a timelapse for the solar eclipse on the 12th, so I didn't dare miss it.
