Having recently retired I was looking to buy a new motorcycle for myself and most probably one for my son too. I made telephone contact with Whateverwheels to enquire about a particular bike and to agree on a deal. After an initial chat I was promised a call back the following day.
A week later, I'm still waiting for that call. In light of the lack of professionalism and apparent indifference to customers, I am persuaded to spend my money elsewhere.
Update: 17/06/25 - email response forwarded to Whateverwheels providing more detailed information about my experience, including the exact time and date of my purchase enquiry telephone call.
Update 24/06/25 - despite sending the management team, at their request, a very detailed account of my customer service experience, I have to date not received a response nor even an acknowledgement. No reply. No surprise.

First time visit to whatever wheels for a recall and service for my MT10. What impressed me was the guy from Kent who’d driven 5 hours to pick up his son’s repaired bike from them, as his two local dealers had refused to fix it, so he’d contacted whatever wheels as a dealer and they’d sorted it out for him…he sang their praises. From my viewpoint, they sorted me out with 2 cups of tea ( sorry ladies) and gave me a rental to get home, no problems. Really impressed, bike came back cleaned and all the work done. Hope they do really well, Yamaha deserve some decent dealers round the M65 corridor and the guys look like they are putting the effort in!

Great bike - ok service
Really easy to purchase a bike and have it delivered. The bike is also exactly as described, great condition! Customer service a bit spotty and not as advertised really - I had to chase the bike on multiple occasions, slow communication. Delivery took nearly 3 weeks in the end and I’ve just had to chase the logbook. Shame really because it’s made the overall experience of buying my first bike a lot less exciting!

We strive to reply to all emails within 24 hours and ensure all telephone enquiries are answered during working hours. We understand that purchasing your first bike should be an exciting experience, and we sincerely apologize for any frustration or disappointment caused by the need to chase updates, we do have an FAQ built within our website which provides clear information on the process the order would take.
Regarding delivery, motorcycle deliveries do take longer than regular postal services, particularly during the busy season. While three weeks is generally the maximum we aim for, with the majority of deliveries completed within 7-10 days, we acknowledge that this instance fell short of our usual efficiency, and we apologize for that. We also regret the delay in receiving your logbook and any added stress this caused, however this is due to the DVLA processing times.
We are actively working to improve our communication and logistics to ensure a smoother process for all our customers. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us identify areas for improvement and ensures we can continue to refine our services.

Five star service from beginning to end and, I would like to say Thank you to yhe team at whatever wheels, I ordered a Yadea G5S Electric scooter online and was sent emails to confirm order, and delivery,I had a text message from the delivery driver on the day of delivery and everything went to plan, My new bike was as new when it came off the van and the driver Kindy parked it in my front garden, Its been a few week since I took delivery and I'm pleased with the bike and would recommend them as a trustworthy seller,

Yamaha nmax 125 tech max
Pre ordered the yamaha 125 n max tech max to upgrade from my lexmoto apollo 125 which I also got from this dealership, from start to delivery has been great communication between the dealer and myself has been great, letting me know I when the bike was shipped to the dealership and then letting me know my bike would be delivered. All in all a very good dealership, i would recommend looking at.

Poor service
The item took a very long time to be delivered and I had no communication with the store about the delay until I messaged them myself, if an item is not in stock then you should be made aware of that at the time of purchase, instead I had to wait nearly two weeks for something that would have been next day from Sports Bike Shop, the item itself though is fine and fitted to the bike
