I've used wherelight for years now and always had great experiences. Once I had an issue a couple years ago with a scratched lens on arrival. I was immediately refunded AND had a replacement pair sent out. Can't praise them highly enough

Good quality lenses and decent frames for a good price when you can use a sale code. I had the frames break on me before but considering the price, I usually just glue them back together. You have to make sure you understand the prescription when entering it and make sure you enter everything. Otherwise its like a roulette wheel with your vision.

I am a regular at Wherelight. Lately my glasses have been popping/cracking on my face. I have not had these glasses long I reached out to customer services and no one has not responded. This is very disappointing to me because I purchased at 20 plus pair of glasses a year from wherelight, As to date, I have purchased 21 pairs and there is more that I will purchased. I really loved the frames This is not the first time I have several pair of crack glasses that I have not had for a long time I wish someone would reach out to me i just want my order to redone

I bought a cute, but flimsy pair of glasses. They actually made my astigmatism worse. Within a few months, the nosepad was constantly falling off and the metal was turning green. I left a review on their website, I even gave them two stars because the glasses were very cute. They deleted my review.

I am extremely happy with my glasses. They are absolutely perfect!! Extremely fast service and had my glasses in five days. I ordered three pairs and they are amazing, great quality . They were packaged really well and great communication.

I bought 8 pairs of glasses. All were PHENOMENAL and the customer service is so responsive. They really did a good job. I had a lot of questions and they answered within a FEW MINS of me asking!!! OMG I LOVE MY GLASSES! I was skeptical but they arrived faster than I thought they would. My progressive prescription is accurate. I see well and look and feel cute with them on. Stop searching reviews and go order you some. Oh yeah customer service responded quickly when I had a question.

I am in love with Wherelight. I honestly wish I could be an ambassador. I used to spend $500 or more on one pair of glasses and they were never name brand. It all had to do with the strength of my prescription and how thick my glasses were. I would have to pay for tint, anti scratch, and thinning of my glasses because they are thick. It used to be so expensive. So far, I have purchased about 9 pairs of glasses. I plan to purchase more because I love the styles and options they have and I love my glasses to match my outfit and now it’s affordable. I have been recommending people to wherelight and it’s worth it for the price style, and eyes.
