I am extremely disappointed with the product quality and customer support of Whirlpool Corporation. I have purchased refrigerator UIP-F-SIRT3523 and has been defective since the very first day of purchase, and despite 10–12 technician visits over the past 7–8 months, the issue remains unresolved. Recently, on 11 February 2026, components were replaced by a technician, yet the leakage problem continues and the refrigerator section still does not cool properly, leading to repeated food spoilage and financial loss. This has caused continuous inconvenience and wastage of money, apart from the ₹30,000+ spent on purchasing this defective appliance. It is extremely frustrating that instead of providing a permanent solution or replacement, only temporary fixes are being attempted. The after-sales service has been highly unresponsive and ineffective. Such poor product reliability and customer care is unacceptable.
I strongly urge potential buyers to think twice before purchasing Whirlpool products.

I had a very disappointing experience with Whirlpool’s fridge warranty service. My refrigerator stopped cooling properly within the warranty period, but the service process was extremely slow and frustrating. It took multiple calls just to get a technician assigned, and even after visiting, the issue was not properly fixed.
The technician seemed unprepared and did not clearly explain the problem. After the so-called repair, the fridge started having the same issue again within a few days. When I contacted customer support again, they kept delaying and gave no proper solution. The technician said the part needed to be replaced and can be replaced in warranty and its been more than 7 days still haven't got the part and no definitive time to change and now the phone is switched off.
For a brand like Whirlpool, I expected professional and reliable warranty support, but the service was careless and inefficient. The warranty feels useless if the problem is not actually resolved. Very disappointed with the after-sales service.

When I requested a wet service, the service center told me that wet service is only available as a paid service. Why? Where is this mentioned in the warranty terms? Using whirlpool Intellifresh Refrigerator. Purchased on December 2023 not even 3 years and got repaired 3 times already. Still not performing well, same issue not resolved and within a month same issue arises. I doubt with product quality with price tag of almost 60 k and features , there is technical issue and there is no quality resolution.
