It's been a week now I brought Washing…

It's been a week now I brought Washing Machine and non of the installation guy came to my house for installation. Patectic service. Installation people are rude and uneducated and lairs don't attend the calls and megs. Always give an false commitments. I am very upset with Whirpool and never going to purchase any product in future.

We purchased a Whirlpool double door…


We purchased a Whirlpool double door refrigerator (3-star model). After just one year, the paint inside the refrigerator started peeling off. When we reported this issue to the company, they said they could provide a replacement only if we pay an extra amount. They also told us that the 3-star model we bought is not available now and they can only provide a 2-star model, and for that also they are asking us to pay additional money. We are very disappointed with this response from the company👎

I am extremely disappointed with the product quality and customer support of Whirlpool Corporation. I have purchased refrigerator UIP-F-SIRT3523 and has been defective since the very first day of purchase, and despite 10–12 technician visits over the past 7–8 months, the issue remains unresolved. Recently, on 11 February 2026, components were replaced by a technician, yet the leakage problem continues and the refrigerator section still does not cool properly, leading to repeated food spoilage and financial loss. This has caused continuous inconvenience and wastage of money, apart from the ₹30,000+ spent on purchasing this defective appliance. It is extremely frustrating that instead of providing a permanent solution or replacement, only temporary fixes are being attempted. The after-sales service has been highly unresponsive and ineffective. Such poor product reliability and customer care is unacceptable.
I strongly urge potential buyers to think twice before purchasing Whirlpool products.

bad service - no one appears

No service. Came and took about 8k for repair, and 2 days no service. Every hour they say that someone will come, but no one appears. Don't buy ever!!! And the fridge is just over a year old, and it's conked off!

I raised a complaint for low cooling of…

I raised a complaint for low cooling of my 2 door whirlpool refrigerator which was just 3 years old. Complaint was not resolved even after writing to service head and several follow ups.
Instead of going to details I would mention the issues which I had faced.
1. Misguiding by technician and changing good parts without thorough checking.
2. Charging almost double the MRP price of the component.

You should absolutely not buy a Whirlpool refrigerator, please please please. Only then will they learn a lesson. Because --------
after working fine for a few days, it started having problems and is no longer working well. Now it is useless. After calling customer care 3 times to complain, they still haven't sent a technician.
06 days gone but I still haven't received the service.

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with Whirlpool’s fridge warranty service. My refrigerator stopped cooling properly within the warranty period, but the service process was extremely slow and frustrating. It took multiple calls just to get a technician assigned, and even after visiting, the issue was not properly fixed.

The technician seemed unprepared and did not clearly explain the problem. After the so-called repair, the fridge started having the same issue again within a few days. When I contacted customer support again, they kept delaying and gave no proper solution. The technician said the part needed to be replaced and can be replaced in warranty and its been more than 7 days still haven't got the part and no definitive time to change and now the phone is switched off.

For a brand like Whirlpool, I expected professional and reliable warranty support, but the service was careless and inefficient. The warranty feels useless if the problem is not actually resolved. Very disappointed with the after-sales service.

I have purchased Split AC last year…

I have purchased Split AC last year (Around MAY OR JUNE 2025) and booked AC service request 2-3 times but no one visit from the center and after few days, received call from this number +91 98148 23189 that we will do the service in next season (Before 1 year completion) and I booked service now again but no visit yet and still waiting for service person and again getting call from this number +91 98148 23189 and saying send Bill and even I submitted Bill again and still never received any person yet for AC service. So in whole year even not single time service DONE and in future, I will recommend not to purchase AC from this company. They are really very unresponsive. So I will say NO to WHIRLEPOOL Products.

I am very disappointed with my Whirlpool AC and the service experience. I purchased this AC less than a year ago, and it is still under warranty. When I requested a wet service, the service center told me that wet service is only available as a paid service. Why? Where is this mentioned in the warranty terms? It was never clearly informed at the time of purchase. I want to ask Whirlpool and the service center – are customers supposed to guess these hidden conditions? I bought this product trusting the brand, but this experience is extremely frustrating.

Using whirlpool Intellifresh…

Using whirlpool Intellifresh Refrigerator. Purchased on December 2023 not even 3 years and got repaired 3 times already. Still not performing well, same issue not resolved and within a month same issue arises. I doubt with product quality with price tag of almost 60 k and features , there is technical issue and there is no quality resolution. I fees customer service is only to sell AMC and no actual repair or permanent solution. Known brand but very disappointed with the quality of product and the service. Pathetic.

This is the worst electrical appliance…

This is the worst electrical appliance I ever used. Plenty of issues with their latest washing machine. The display board got damaged within 3 months and now we are without a machine machine for 1 month. THE SERVICE DELAY IS 30 DAYS+ AND WE ARE STILL WAITING TO GET IT REPAIRED. Wish we had gone with LG or Samsung by paying 6K extra. IF YOU STILL CHOOSE WHIRLPOOL, THEN YOU ARE IN FOR A SHOCK

I must plz never buy any product of whirlpool . Their product quality is very low and service is worst then that . If you don’t want to waste money plz don’t buy any of their product .
