Sold defective refrigerator.

Sold defective refrigerator.. after 6 months the thermostat had a problem.. technician not able to fix have visited thrice… problem is existing after every two months of the technician visit… even the technician visited said the part is defective

Very poor customer service. They are avoiding calls and causing disappointment. Issues often occur while working. The company uses the strategy of repeatedly buying new spares to make a profit, and we are losing money.

🚨 Extremely Poor Service – Whirlpool Washing Machine | Croma
This has been one of the worst service experiences of my life.
My Whirlpool washing machine has been non-functional for more than a week. Despite raising repeated complaints, there has been zero accountability and zero ownership from both Croma and Whirlpool Service (Sanand).
We were in an emergency situation and had to travel, yet no one cared to provide support. Owning a premium appliance becomes meaningless when the company abandons customers at critical times.
The most disappointing part is the unprofessional and careless attitude of Mr. Jaideep from Croma. Instead of helping, he showed complete indifference, no follow-up, no empathy, and no solution. This kind of behavior damages the brand’s credibility badly.
Whirlpool’s service team is equally irresponsible:
No proper technician visit
No clear diagnosis
No timeline
No communication
No resolution
This is not just poor service — this is negligence.
I strongly warn customers: ❌ Don’t trust Whirlpool service commitments
❌ Don’t expect support from Croma after purchase
Selling a product is easy; standing by customers during failure defines a brand, and both Whirlpool and Croma have failed miserably.
Absolutely unacceptable.

One of the worst expected customer…

One of the worst expected customer service provided by whirlpool staff. Call raised for installation of washing machine almost 4-5 times, every time a new call needs to be raised. Most unprofessional and arrogant customer servie executives work for whirlpool.

Made a mistake after buying whirlpool top load washing machine, should have sticked to IFB as promptness in customer service by IFB is unmatchable.

I am extremely disappointed with…

I am extremely disappointed with Whirlpool’s service. I purchased a fully automatic washing machine recently, and it has already stopped working properly.
I have been following up with customer care daily for the last 5 days. Each time, I am promised that a technician will visit, but no one ever shows up. It is unacceptable to leave a customer stranded after a major purchase. If you value your peace of mind, do not buy Whirlpool products. Their service network is non-existent.

Very bad service frpm Whirlpool

Very bad service frpm Whirlpool. I have removed the water connection from water tap for putting a cover, after that I could not put in back in line as leaking was observed, then I contacted customer care , the best hopeless fellow who has told me it will be done today but since then no action was taken finally again contacted told me it will be done chargeable basis, very dangerous service please do not take any whirlpool product.

Whirlpool is the worst and most useless company

I have a Whirlpool top-loading washing machine. It's a very poor quality and useless washing machine. I would not recommend it to anyone
Since we bought this, we've been having problems with it, and it's been about 8 to 10 months now. It hasn't worked properly even once, and whenever we wash clothes, it doesn't dry them. Whirlpool is the worst and most useless company!

Its garbage not brand


The Whirlpool should not even be classified as a brand. It is an inferior product line, and the individuals operating the business are shameless scumbags and financial leeches. Consumers who purchase their products are essentially choosing an appliance from a garbage bin and donating their hard-earned money to these crooks.

I purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator about four years ago, and it has been nothing but a headache. I gifted this appliance to my mother, expecting reliability, especially since I’ve used LG and Samsung refrigerators for over seven years without a single major issue.

But the Whirlpool unit’s compressor failed far too early. I agreed to pay ₹3,500 for the compressor replacement and ₹500 as a service fee, hoping the problem would be resolved. Shockingly, within just one month, the same issue has returned. And now, Whirlpool is again demanding another ₹500 just to visit—for a problem that should have been fixed the first time.

Worst customer care service

Worst customer care service, and they give authentication to whom their reputation is very bad and their technician are more than worse and they believe to take money from customer their service centre alka home appliances in varanasi is very worse in service and they have very bad technician they don't know how to make appliances. They destroyed my fridge which I bought only a year ago.

I am extremely disappointed with…

I am extremely disappointed with Whirlpool products and, more importantly, their after-sales service. Based on my experience, I genuinely *cannot recommend* anyone to buy any Whirlpool product.

Once the sale is completed, there is *no proper response* from their side. The service is extremely poor, there is *no support*, and every representative says they will visit, but *no one actually comes*.

This experience has been very frustrating and unprofessional.
