Very disappointed with the service. I purchased a new washing machine and they promised a demo and installation within 24 hours. Even after repeated calls, there was no proper response and the service team kept delaying without any clear reason. Customer care is not helpful and the behavior is unprofessional. For a new product, this kind of treatment is unacceptable. I would not recommend this brand based on my experience.

I bought a Whirlpool washing machine in Aug'22 top loaded fully ....in 3 years feather touch is not working properly last 7 month .
I have called a cal center for repairing jst for a visit charge they are asking for 400 INR and 18% GST.
And apparently they will also charge for replacing or making the touch button..
Mine concern is why to give visiting charge if the touch button is replace or repaired....
Or I will ask a local repair mechanic for the same...
Requesting all Plz don't buy a whirlpool product....in future ....as the costumer care was little rude with me....

I bought a Whirlpool washing machine in October 2021. After just 1 or 2 years, it started stopping frequently. I complained to customer care, and the mechanic said there would be a ₹350 visiting charge just to check the machine. After checking, he said the belt was damaged and needed to be replaced, which would cost ₹2000. He said he would fix it the next day, but when I called him, there was no response. I was very troubled. Everything in our house used to be from Whirlpool, but now our trust is broken. I am very disappointed.

It is very surprising, and disappointing how whirlpool and there delivery partner behave and threat. Today I suppose to get delivery of my washing machine but that comes along with horrible experience. As per the whirlpool and delivery partner they only responsible for delivery till door ground floor how about the person live on 1st floor or above floor. In my case despite the presence of merely ten steps within the courtyard. Their refusal was attributed to an alleged obstruction. Depite offered my assistance, which was subsequently rejected with the statement, "this is not our job." This response was met with considerable surprise, as the responsibility for such tasks typically falls within the purview of delivery personnel.
It has since become apparent that their actions may have been an attempt to solicit additional payment which is nowhere mention on their website we will only deliver till ground floor gate if need to deliver above ground that will attract additional charges which is I am completely comfortable paying. It was evident that I was accompanied by a toddler and lacked additional assistance, rendering the task of moving the appliance independently a significant challenge. Prior to their departure, the delivery personnel issued a threatening ultimatum: "we have more delivery to do take it or leave it." Rather than offering assistance, their conduct was profoundly disconcerting. Such behavior inevitably erodes public trust in Whirlpool's services.
The aforementioned incident highlights a significant deficiency in the customer service provided by Whirlpool and its associated delivery network. The refusal to complete the delivery to the designated location, citing a minor obstruction and subsequently rejecting offers of assistance, is indicative of a lack of commitment to customer satisfaction. I had a problem with my refrigerator and contacted customer care multiple times. They redirected me to Akshay Refrigerators in Nagpur, but neither they received our calls nor attended the issue. After so many requests, no service has been provided.
This is truly pathetic and very disappointing. Requesting Whirlpool to take strict action against the service provider. Such poor response is unacceptable, and we are highly dissatisfied.
