From selecting and ordering on-line, to arranging and receiving delivery - excellent. Got a good price compared to other web sites, had no trouble with the ordering process, and fridge was delivered within the time period allocated, no fuss whatsoever. Would definitely recommend to others, and will have no problem in using them again, when I need to.

Best price with service to match
There's a lot of competition out there for large appliances and as a landlord I make regular purchases. Whitebox had the best price and communicated well on the day of delivery. The only way they could have done better was to have offered 2 hour delivery slots...but you get what you pay for.

Excellent service, fast. Easy to contact and talk to.
Although we ordered the wrong one, Whitebox exchanged and delivered a replacement within a week at no extra charge, only the difference in price.

Hotpoint dual fuel cooker
The price for the cooker and connection was very competative. When the engineer arrived to disconnect the old cooker he discovered a problem with the gas connection so he couldn't continue. Kelly at Whitebox immediately concelled the delivery and rescheduled for another date. I could not recommend this company highly enough.
