Excellent service....quickly delivered and excellent communication with the company regarding delivery. Obviously not used yet as baby hasn't arrived...but all looks fine and parts fit well.

I went into the store and put a deposit down on a pram I liked everyone was very helpful. A month later I then changed my mind to a cosetto pram which no longer was in the actual watts store.
When I went in the lady looked onto the cosetto website and swapped my order over no problem. Everybody has been very helpful, even down to the person running the Facebook page who also told me it would be no problem to do so.
Thanks so much for your help! and also an added bonus the store can hold your pram until your due date if you need to.

Amazing experience with Paula.
We recently viewed an Stokke explory and Paula's service was so genuine and felt so bespoke to us. We walked away with everything we could of imagined for our new bundle arriving in November. Couldn't recommend her enough. Honestly so helpful and nothing was a problem down to even helping me choose my accessories for my pram. Cannot wait to order my furniture.

Never heard of the company before but professional looking website and immediate confirmation emails were great. Items arrived well packaged so all in all very good. The only slight issue was delivery was at least a full day late despite being branded as 'next day'. Not such a big deal of course, but when it was made clear to be in or have made alternative arrangements up until a certain time, then for no correspondence from the delivery company until the goods just turned up eventually was a bit disappointing.

Website was easy to use, the order arrived next day and was packed beautifully.

We have used WH Watts for all of our pushchair/ car seat / cot requirements for our little dude. The latest being a new car seat as he had outgrown his first one. They were able to provide clear and accurate advise for us as to what the next size seat we needed that would suit our seat base. The unit was in stock and arrived with us safely in just a few days. We don't see why we would go anywhere else for our kiddy items.

Although the customer service team respond. Not enough information provided and also incorrect information provided. Waited in until 6pm for a delivery that did not arrive on the date your company said it would arrive. I am still awaiting the item with no information as to when it might turn up. I wouldn’t use this company again. I would suggest for them to use another delivery service.
