Purchased Mamas and Papas Ocarro Pram online as a bundle. Was concerned that would have missing items but was able to contact the shop via email and received prompt replies. Shop also confirmed that the one day delivery service was still available in lockdown - it arrived at 1pm after ordering 10am the previous day.
When the boxes were delivered there was damage to the boxes - however all the contents were not effected. Again, the shop was quick to respond when I made them aware of the damage to the boxes.
All the pieces of the bundle were expertly wrapped up - no missing pieces! All came with instructions (for chassis, buggy, car seat, iso fix).
Have full confidence that we have any issues we can contact the shop and expect a quick response.

Excellent service. Ordered and item came within 24 hours. First class
Website very easy to use and carseat delivered by FedEx in a week. Very impressed.
We placed our pram bundle order in June leaving plenty of time till my due date in November. We called the shop the end of September having not heard a peep just to check everything was on track, they confirmed everything was fine and would be in touch 6 weeks before our due date. Low and behold we got the call just not the call we wanted to hear. Basically half our order they could not get hold of and didn’t have a clue when they could, they said we basically had to pick another pram, not what you want to hear 6 weeks before your due date. After contacting stokke (official stockists) personally, the colour we choose in June they had actually discontinued in April. How on earth watts we’re not aware of this or failed to let us know is beyond me. They have disgusting customer service, I would highly not recommend anyone purchasing a pram from this place. The manager is an embarrassment, he hid behind a wall when we came to discuss the situation.
I nearly did not buy because of some of the reviews, but thankfully chanced it for the £38 saving and fact that the huge majority of reviews are excellent. Glad I did! I got email confirmation with delivery ETA 7-11 days. Got a nice call after 6 days to say it was in and booked on FedEx for next day. Arrived, packaged well - very pleased. Thank you!
I was totally disappointed with their service. I ordered on July 5th 2020 with an expected delivery within 14 days and it’s August 21 today and in spite of numerous calls to them I have still not received the stroller ! My baby is now 6 weeks old and I cannot take him to the park to enjoy the summer days. Would not recommend this company at all
We have been using Watts for around 4.5yrs,since the birth of our first child. We got absolutely everything we needed then and would always use them for anything we needed. I visited the new store on Tuesday (14th July) after noticing a problem with our second stage car seat. Even though it is appointment only, as there was no one else in store and a member of staff could come to my car, they saw me straight away. Bought the seat years ago, but absolutely no problem in looking at and fixing it - just a little issue from being stored away. Drove away in 10minutes, job done.
Horrendous customer service. We were spoken to atrociously. We were in to buy a specific puschair that we had intended to buy there and then. A member of staff was extremely rude and unhelpful when we tried it out and shouted at us. Because of this we decided to buy elsewhere and managed to buy the same puschair for £100 cheaper. Due to disgusting customer service we will shop elsewhere from now on. It is such a shame because we knew what we wanted and would of bought straight away. However, certain members of the team made it seem unwelcoming in the shop. Very snobby, not helpful and just rude! We were made to feel that we couldn't look round or try out. When spending a lot of money you need to be able to have a go and make sure a product is right for you. Staff were not accommodating at all.
Excellent customer service, price match is great plus got free footmuff. Will definitely buy again from here
I used w.h watts to purchase my babies pram, and had no issues... however I purchased a dooky pram cover off them in May and it was “universal.” However it didn’t work and was not fit for purpose, after several messages and “we sell hundreds of these and have NEVER had one returned.” We couldn’t reach an agreement, I ended up asking outright for a refund and they refused. The person messaging me was snotty and condescending.
I ended up opening a case through PayPal to get my money back, and PayPal ruled in my favour and refunded me.
It’s a shame as I liked this shop, it was very handy especially as the only competition round here to them is mamas and papas at teesside Park. But I will never ever give them custom again. They were shocking over a £16.99 purchase, and have lost a customer who has spent £1000+ there in the past.
We bought a Venicci travel system from here last week, WH Watts price matched to another website with no problems at all. The order was ready for collection in the time it said it would be on the website before ordering (even in the middle of Covid restrictions), the customer service we experienced was really positive and the handing over of our stuff was very easy - thanks to the nice guy who loaded it into our car. We are absolutely in love with our pram and can't wait to use it. Thank you!

Received my pram from here after waiting for it. Chassis was damaged (chipped down both sides) when emailing about this I never got an apology was very blunt messages until the third email of me stating “still not received an apology.” However they did offer me a new chassis but the way it got handled really put me off and ruined the experience for me. I opted for a refund, once returning to the shop to bring back the order, I mentioned it’s not in the boxes/packaging due to having to take it out to put it up and also couldn’t figure out how it all fitted back in.. I got told it’s not an issue and to bring it round back.
Once I got there, I was feeling extremely anxious as it was because I hate anything like this.. the lady came out and was all nice saying it’s a shame I didn’t just take the chassis but I said unfortunately it’s not my decision and I’m sticking to the refund he attitude soon changed so did her body language towards me, she told me how me and my mum better not leave a review because it wasn’t their fault.. (however being more nice, understanding and a simple apology from the beginning would of made a huge difference, but I brushed it off what she said because I my anxiety was really bad) The manager (I believe) came out, didn’t really say anything and came back and said that’s it I can go... so I headed towards my car and the same lady (who by the way must of been in her 40s I’m only in my early 20s) pretty much come storming out at me arguing with me over plastic packaging outside my car, which the manager would of heard no doubt because the shutters weren’t down where he went (but I could be wrong in this but no one stopped her) Saying where is it? What is she suppose to do about this plastic packaging? Asking me What was I going to do about it, if I was going to go home and bring it back? And how I should of used scissor like a normal person than rip it open... she carried on with her attitude towards me, saying how she can’t sell it now without it and I just replied saying I told you I didn’t have all the packaging on the phone (literally only thing missing was the plastic) and you replied saying it’s fine, I just want my refund and I walked away to get into my car.
For anyone who has ever bought a pram you don’t buy a pram and then not take it out the packaging to see what it looks like, if I did this then I’d of never of noticed it was damaged. It was suppose to be a nice , happy, new experience for me that ended up a completely awful time. The rudeness was absolutely appalling which is a shame as my mother use to go here a lot and couldn’t recommend it enough but she was gobsmacked at the way I was treated. I’ve also had a few friends say the way they’ve been spoken to, treated , no apology, very blunt and even laughed at made their experience awful as well (I didn’t know this until after I experienced it first hand) and the only reason some of them stayed with this shop was because they’d of lost their deposit despite the way they got made to feel. A bit of common decency, better customer service and an apology straight up front would of made a huge difference. But after the way I was treated especially considering I have been in and out of hospital and was advised not to get stressed due to the fact I am heavily pregnant and she could come anytime didn’t help.
I war given a estimated delivery of 2-4 weeks from Friday 1st may I was panicking as I’m due on June 5th that I wouldn’t get the pram In time and it’s arrived Monday 4th may im so happy the pram is absolutely beautiful fit for a princess i bought the 3-1 Venicci pure rose prestige edition i highly recommend it it’s beautiful 😍😍

Ordered the wrong pram!
I recieved the pram and when opening (after the shop had closed due to covid 19) it wasnt what I ordered or paid for. Didnt get and apology once from anyone they just pushed the blame on to the brand (sometimes a simple sorry can go a long way) Luckily another company has sourced what I wanted, cheaper and absolutely fantastic service.
Seems to have been some miscommunication between management and staff surrounding their polices around covid-19. Worried about potential shop closures we contacted the company via email asking about the delivery of our pram (due to arrive early April) and the uncertainty around them being open and available for us to collect. No response, so we called early on 24th March, to be told the shop will close at 1pm. Although they'll still be taking deliveries we were told twice we would be unable to collect unless the shop re-opens in time and there was no way to re-arrange a home delivery. This naturally caused havoc for my partners anxiety and cued a mad rush across town to claim a refund before they closed so we could guarantee a delivery from elsewhere. Then 20 minutes after the doors have closed we get an email response telling us we'd be able to go collect after all. Done themselves out of a sale and caused an awful lot of unnecessary stress to a heavily pregnant woman. Found our pram cheaper, and with next day delivery too. Shame too because they're a company my family have used for generations now.
Easy ordering. Very quick delivery. Very pleased with product
