We went to this store early in the year to get my daughter a new car seat for my husband car and assistant could not do enough for us. Getting our daughter to try all the different ones available we chose the britax kids III which she recommend and told us all it’s safety features. Fantastic service from the 1st sales assistant. Fast forward to 2weeks a go when it come time to change her car seat in my car. we decided we didn't need to take her out of nursery to try car seats as we where going to get her the some one But in a different colour. When we got to store first thing on the morning after dropping daughter off, we stood wait at the car seats wait for an assistant to come and and see to us at this point a lady come over Who was so unhelpful and I felt like we where a complete inconvenience for her being there, when I asked if the car seat come in any other colour Apart from black. she had a complete attitude at this point I wanted to walk away and go to another store but my husband was given them the benefit due to a great service we got last time. When she confirmed it come in the colour my little girl asked for we asked if it comes at the prices advertised which is a simple question where was no other prices on display. After she huffed and went to see the boss we confirmed it was £20 more which we went ahead and ordered it at no point did she inform us it might take 7 - 10 working day (We found this information on the internet as this is how long it would take if we ordered online). So after a week I rang to chase my order and was informed it will come in a bulk delivery and they will ring me when it arrives the assistant on the phone was lovely so I left it at that. A week later we still had not had a phone call so My husband rang again and was informed our deliver should have been in two days ago but it was not sent by the manufacturer which I understand can happen but why was there no contact to inform us of this ? Why did we have to chase them? They formed us it would be here The next day as the manufacturer was sending it ASAP so in the afternoon I rang the next day to make sure it was in be informed it was and that I can collect. When my husband arrived she was served the same sale assistant who sold us The car seat and just felt like she did not care About our concerns that there was no communication on the company side and we felt like we had to chase them for a item which we paid in full for in advance. the experience we have received this time has made us feel like we will not be using this company again.

Item ordered 17/12/19 on internet 7-10 days delivery. £150 was taken that day, item received today! Cross with myself for not shopping around, as could have purchased same item online, next day delivery £35 cheaper!

Apart from the exceptional service and knowledge these staff have, almost a year ago we Ordered and payed a deposit for a Pram and sadly lost our twin sons very much at the end of our pregnancy, our deposit was given back without a single hassle and I can’t imagine going anywhere else now for future buys. Thankyou.

I am currently sitting at home waiting for a delivery of the pram ordered some weeks ago. I have had to phone in twice to actually find out what was happening about my order. Due to the delay I would have expected to be informed what was happening but there was no contact. When I ordered on line the delivery date was November -it is now the 21st December. Sorry I can’t review the pram as not yet arrived but the service is well below expectations.

Absolutely brilliant I ordered a Stokke winter kit for my 3 month old sons pram it was advertised as 50% off I was a dubious at first with it been so cheap and never buying from here before but I had no reason to be kept me fully updated through out the whole order and was delivered next working day and it’s beautiful just what I wanted at bargain price thank you so much I 1000% recommend your store and will definitely be returning myself
