Excellent service and price
Their website said delivery would be two weeks but actually took two days. Price also cheaper than anyone else. Would definitely use again. Also called them to make sure pram was in stock as silver cross said it was discontinued. She assured me they had it in stock

It was excellent. The pushchair ordered on Thursday afternoon and it was easy to track and arrived at 11.30 the next day in pristine condition. It was easy to use the website. I would recommend the company to anyone needing to order prams or pushchairs.

Super lightweight stroller
This stroller is amazing. We haven't taken it out yet but the weight and ease of folding and opening is incredible. We ordered the wrong colour and needed it by the following Wednesday - after we ordered we noticed the two week lead time - after contacting the store I was told it was no problem to change colour and guaranteed we would receive in time. A day later it arrived in the colour we wanted. This is the type of customer service that everyone should be offering. Excellent service and speed of delivery. Will definitely use again.

False information given on website
Advises 2-3 working day delivery with royal mail on website. however no mention that there is a further 10-14 days added on top to get the product from their supplier. This is only confirmed once you receive your confirmation email after purchase.. False information provided... Not too happy about it as my baby is now here and the product I ordered is not

We are really sorry you feel this way, but the information provided is not false and we think it is unfair of you to say so. It does state on the actual website product page that the product delivery is 10-14 days, which is from your point of ordering. It is also stated on your order confirmation just so we know you have read it and you have a record of the delivery time for the item.
What you seem to have misunderstood is the options for the mail delivery of 2-3 days (which is your choice) instead of next day delivery from when your order arrives in store.
Again, we are sorry if you have interpreted things differently, but we have had this system for many years and never had a problem.

Super quick dispatch. Cheapest I could find of product in stock other places had to wait 2-3 weeks for delivery and other places were dearer without the luxury foot muff. Would definitely recommend and use again.
