Warrenty repairs are terrible
I have used them before and have never had a problem but on this occasion it has been a nightmare, I ordered a pair of Denon SC6000's after 2-3 months a fault became apparent with one player, they promptly arranged a courier to collect. I eventually got it back repaired 8 weeks later. I know a lot of this delay was due to Denon but 2 or 3 weeks of it was also due to Whybuynew not sending it to Denon promptly.

I am very sorry you have experienced issues with your repair.
I have looked into this for you and I can see that there was an initial delay of one week as the supplier requested more information about the fault in order for us to proceed. I can see that you then kindly provided that information and the item was subsequently returned for repair. Unfortunately, following on from this, the situation has been exacerbated due to the technical department dealing with your repair at the supplier has been severely understaffed due to Covid. This has meant that they have been unable to turnaround the repair within their normal timeframe and has regrettably affected the service you have received.
I am very sorry for the delay you have experienced and our service manager has marked this as a priority case with the supplier to get you reunited with your item as soon as possible

Quick delivery and smooth, but the packaging is like rubbish, they stick together with packaging tape put inside the black bag stick the level and done, no bubble wrap no box, the original box looks like returned item. That's how they pack my order resulting damage my item. But anyway the refund is like a jet so quick and easy. Thank you why buy new for my refund

Please accept my apologies regarding the packaging. I have investigated into your comments and I can assure that it was a new item sent out, however in this instance our full dispatch procedure was not adhered to by a new member of our dispatch team. Both he and I offer our apologies and we have put some changes in place to avoid this happening again.

Excellent Service!
Whybuynew came up trumps when I was looking for a certain record player - the Ion Superior - for my husband's birthday. It was out of stock, every where I looked, but emailed Whybuynew to ask them to let me know when they had it back in again. Received an email back, just about a week ago, to say they had more in. I was delighted! Placed an order and within 5 days the record player arrived. They sent regular updates, by email, to inform me when the order was processed and that it had been dispatched. Very efficient. I would most certainly use Whybuynew again and will definitely recommend them to friends. Thank you for your quick and efficient service, Whybuynew.
