Outstanding customer service
Visited wickes Alton today and whilst I am a frequent visitor I had some assistance with gaining a trade pro account. Guyo was the assistant who supported and was fantastic, his manner and patience with my lack of it ability and even had time to make conversation with my daughter. Excellent service from a charming individual.

Went in to Wickes to get some paint with my 6 year old. Guyo has a great mix of knowledge and customer service skills! He mixed the paint for my son and talked him through the process, my son was over the moon! Definitely will be back, not just for supplies but awesome customer service. Keep it up

I was greeted by a very cheerful Jon, who made my paint purchases a delight and not a chore!
Although the store did not have the quantity I needed, Jon advised there was a delivery later and would put aside the three extra tins.
Jon is a great asset to the company, by way of his character, which will encourage me to use this store more often.
