New kitchen from Wickes has been a total disaster. Cancelled appointments. Deliveries that were promised have been cancelled. The kitchen was delivered a week later than promised, had items missing and also stuff i did not need. Miscommunication with team members. Unprofessional staff who promise the world and under deliver. Once they have your money the service and fulfilment totally lack and you are left in the lurch, having to juggle busy tradesman while having to cook in your living room. Will never use Wickes for anything ever again, you have been warned.

Definitely a recommended experience
I was in the market for a new kitchen as my own was feeling rather tired, and having been to Wren previously I was looking to compare prices and quality. The options were similar, but while I felt constantly under pressure while I was in Wren there was a more relaxed feel to my experience in Wickes. I also felt that I was being listened to, with my needs being met (and even challenged to make sure that everything would work and flow better). I have already recommended Wickes to my neighbours, and will carry on doing so!

For a great kitchen, Kerry is the one you need
If you ever need a kitchen, go and see Kerry at Wickes in Barnsley! She is a superstar design consultant. Kerry really cares, she listens, and she comes up with great ideas, as well. Her attention to the detail is great and her followup is fantastic. I don’t know how much they pay her over there but I’m sure it’s not enough. Go girl! I am a happy customer. I give her 10 out of 10 without hesitation :)
