If zero was possible it would be without a doubt a zero. Expecting my order of fencing only to be told less than 24 hours before delivery that it can’t be fulfilled until three days later. Bear in mind I have taken time off work and organised fitters to fit said fence the day after the delivery date. When I rang up to complain the solution they gave was a later delivery date. That is not a solution for me but for themselves . I still have the problem of workmen coming and no fencing. Complaining to customer service is pointless as they refer it back to store for them to sort out. As they still couldn’t resolve the issue they refunded my order but I still have to go to store in order to get my refund. Bolshy staff and management at Barnsley Wickes who managed to inflame the situation rather than deflate it even at one point hanging up as they couldn’t answer my questions. Absolute garbage service people just don’t care enough anymore

Kerry planned the kitchen to our exact requirements, showing the layout on the computer. On the day of removal of the old one athe fitting team arrived exactly when stated they would and started working immediately.
After completion of the job we had a small issue following the tiles being fitted. Layton the kitchen fitter came out on his day off and sorted it out quickly.
The kitchen now looks amazing and we are extremely pleased with the quality and workmanship, and would recommend to anyone.

Visited Wickes Barnsley where design consultant Fiona Harrand was very knowledgable, extremely helpful and accommodating when designing my new kitchen. She was easy to talk to very friendly and has endless patience. She changed the design several times at my request. I am currently waiting to arrange delivery of my kitchen and will post again when installation is complete. So far my experience has been very positive. Thank you!

Poped in today to look at some extra kitchen cupboards after extending our kitchen at home we have a wicks kitchen and is still going strong after quite a few years it's great quality. Kerry was brilliant and found the units we required with all the extras we wanted she made us very welcome and was very knowledgeable about the kitchen products they sell. Only too pleased to do business with kerry who looked after us perfectly. Many thanks

Shop was clean and well faced wveryrhing i wanted was always in reach and whenever i could not find anything a colleague was always around to help me, Sophie was very helpful when i wanted a delivery putting through for products i had found online. Overall great shop i will be continuing to shop here

Not worth 2 ticks! Did not honour appointment with John Tickle (not made up name) and store was unattended by kitchen designers the Saturday prior. Very poor service and unprofessional conduct. Will take my business elsewhere. If I didn’t know better I’d think they were closing down.

Saw Kerry at wicks to design a kitchen. She was fabulous. Nothing too much trouble for her. Fabulous design and saved us some money. Explained the everything thoroughly. Would definitely recommend her.
