Excellent in store bathroom design session. Brad was very knowledgeable and quickly understood our requirements and preferences. Completed a full 3D design and quote comfortably within the hour session.

Huge thanks to Bradley for helping us design our dream kitchen and for being on hand throughout the whole process. We absolutely love it and could not be more pleased!

Shaun Lomax was our fitter in East Yorkshire and we had could not recommend him highly enough! Amazing service throughout. Shaun answered my (many!) questions quickly and kept us up to date on the project at all times! It was a huge renovation and he was able to do the specialist works we required as well and finished on time! Could not be happier with the finished product and would recommend and Shaun and team to anyone!
Bradley in the Beverley store was helpful and the design stage and we are very happy with the quality of the kitchen!

We run the flower box in Beverley raising money for charities. I went into the Beverley store to speak to the team today regards the community grant application. The staff directed me to the manager on Duty Alison who was amazing . Alison went onto the computer to help me fill in the application form and then contacted head office to follow through with the application. Within five minutes, the grant was approved and we were able to purchase tantalise wood ready for the building of an outdoor store area for the foliage and the volunteers to access . I could not praise Alison and the team enough for all their help and to Wickes for supporting us with the community grant which has given us the Wood for free.
Massive thank you. Will send pictures into the store once we get it built.

Went into Wickes Beverley just to look at a kitchen I’d already ordered online. Changed our mind and spoke to Bradley. In no time at all he made a new design which was far better than mine, made sure we had everything we wanted. Very professional and knowledgeable, and we were a lot happier with the kitchen he helped us to design and order. And the new kitchen even due to arrive on the same date

I went to the Beverley store and asked Andy to help me get all of the things I needed to do a job. I am useless at DIY …I hadn’t measured anything so I just gave him estimates he worked it out exactly. Took me round the full shop making sure I had everything I needed. Went and loaded my trolley with all the heavy stuff and then loaded my car. He was an absolute gent and it was like old school Customer service. Completed my project and he saved my back ! Thanks Andy !!

Danny at Beverley Wickes was a brilliant help, friendly & polite. I'm temporarily walking with sticks. I asked for help locating specific a number of specific sized nails & screws. He immediately located the right size, showed me them, checked the contents of pack & when confirming I was happy with my purchase, he took them to the counter for me as I'd have struggled with the box. He made my experience easy, quick & simple. Cheers Danny for going the extra mile!

I returned 3 unopened boxes of Wickes Boutique tiles — tiles they encouraged me to over-order — on returning to my local store they informed me they can’t refund them, they have to be collected by the supplier, the refund process is dragging on far longer than it should. It feels unnecessary and frustrating to be kept waiting for money back. A quicker, more straightforward refund process would make a big difference to customer trust.
I have just been informed after 9 days the goods have only just been collected and I will have to now wait another 14 days before getting my refund.

A massive thank you to Danny at the Beverley store this morning. He went out of his way to help us with a bag of gravel which split open in the car park as we were loading it up. He was extremely helpful and above all, cheerful. Thanks Danny.

Visited Wicks at Beverley to exchange some door handles and was assisted by Tracy N. First class customer service, friendly, professional and knowledgeable, a great experience.

I really don’t like buying DIY stuff, but it’s got to be done. The only thing that took the edge off, was the checkout experience. It’s the second time I’ve spoken to Louise, and it definitely made the visit better. Please thank her for her friendly, and helpful manner.
