Terrible service
Terrible service. Booked a design consultant visit from Beverley store. No sooner booked than i get a call to change the appointment time, left on my VM. I called back, she was not at the store. I left a message to speak with her as was told she would be in over the weekend. No call back. The day of the visit I am given a choice of an earlier appoinment of rebook. I couldnt make the earlier time so left a message to rebook. No response or call back. I was looking at a Bathroom and Kitchen review so no small amount of money. Disgusted

Very Helpful Staff!
I have a panic attack just walking into a DIY store and am clueless on everything they sell and do, but a broken toilet seat left me with no option. I was so happy to bump into Tracy N at the Beverley Branch. I think she could sense my fear. Tracy was very helpful and had a fantastic knowledge of the products. Who knew there were so many to choose from. But Tracy helped me pick, and I couldn't be happier with the purchase. I'm not saying I am now a convert to Do It Yourself, but I won't hesitate to return to the branch the next time I need anything. Thank you Tracy N.

Always a pleasant experience in the Beverley store all the staff are lovely but in particular Tracy M is a treasure, nothing is too much bother and she has the patience of a saint for my silly questions 🙈 I have been served by Tracy on several occasions when I've been in for supplies for my DIY missions, she is always a friendly face and so so polite and helpful.
