The whole process from start to finish was professional and smooth thanks to the kitchen designer Jamie Johnson for his expertise guidance and support throughout. He listened to what we wanted and brought our vision of our new kitchen to life for us.

So glad we chose Wickes design services for our new kitchen. Neve the designer was so knowledgeable and patient, getting the design exactly to our specifications. From the start of the initial design process right through to the final sign off, she was so helpful and quick to reply to any issues. We opted for the Milton range a good quality kitchen at a competitive price. We thoroughly recommend Wickes kitchens and especially Neve the designer.

I used wickes to design my new kitchen. I was so impressed and happy with Rita who helped me choose my kitchen and design it exactly how I wanted! Rita was so experienced and patient which allowed me to make the right choices. She was a lovely honest person that enabled me to have a stress free experience. Wickes are very lucky to have such a valuable member off the team !

We had our new kitchen designed and supplied by Wickes and we love it. We were looked after by Rita, who was a great designer and helped us every step of the way.

I was desperate for a kitchen cupboard wall bracket and the lack of it was holding the whole job up.

I spoke to a man in the bathroom/kitchen show area, he could have fobbed me off but instead went into the back before apologising that he may be a few minutes.
He then came back after a time and had obviously been looking high and low.
voila! He produced the bracket and saved the day.
well done that man! And once again thank you

Extremely helpful kitchen design staff helped us go through the planning stages and were only too happy to adjust and change as the design developed. Having chosen all the units and worktop we discovered a mistake by us on one item. Wickes were there to make the change and reimburse us without any hassle.

Always go to Wickes Birkenhead the staff are always happy to help .

Been in today got served by a guy called Mark he was very good happy and told me about the trade card which he helped me fill in very good.
The girls.on the tills are very helpful as well.

Purchased a kitchen from wicks rock retail park birkenhead, with the help from a lovely employee ,beryl she visited our home and went through the measurements asked what we had in mind , made us a appointment the next day to see her when we got there she offered us a drink we browsed round the kitchens looking for ideas for a new kitchen, beryl was at her desk and asked us have we seen anything we like we gave her a few ideas of what we were looking for she walked us round and showed us different doors and worktops giving really good information as we went along very clear and precise as me and my wife are both over 60 she made sure we understood everything and really was reassuring for us both even when we changed a few things in our plans she said no problem and done her job very well so big shout out to Beryl from wickes Birkenhead amazing

The overall quality of the units is fine, the problem was with the quality of the installation which was not up to standard, big gaps between the doors, door not lined up properly. They also left 2 massive hippo bags on my front lawn for 4 weeks, hence my grass completely destroyed. It sadly took an email to the CEO to get any kind of action. I have to say in their credit, the response to the email was first class with a visit from installation manager and a brilliant complaint handler. This is now resolved to my satisfaction.

Bought sander and sanding sheets and because I asked the man a question about sanding paper sheets.was made to feel more useless than I already am. The man was arrogant snotty and totally belittling. (I'm disabled and the wife does the decorating as I'm not able to.)

Very pleased with our Wickes kitchen.
1) Our Kitchen Designer, Neve, was fantastic throughout the process. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

2) Our installers, Zibi, Lucas and Henry were brilliant. Great attention to detail. Good communication. Very helpful and friendly. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

3) Delivery of components was a bit chaotic. We had a series of faulty, damaged and missing items which delayed the process. The warehouse staff were always very helpful and resolved all issues but delays were caused by these problems. ⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had seen on article online recommending a product called Dansand for removing weeds from block paving on driveways, available at Wickes 14.50 per bag, I called into Wickes Birkenhead, where I spoke to a young man by the name of Will, he took me straight to the isle brought a trolley placed two bags onto the trolley for me and very kindly brought them out to my car, he was most pleasant and helpful, thank you Will, I said to him you obviously have a Nan? He smiled and said yes I do, he was lovely. Thank you Wickes for choosing lovely staff.

Amazing help fitting door in car the member was called John didn’t leave until it fit in and we was safe to drive in are car

Mark the man who served us was very kind and Helpful,we really appreciated the way he handled the situation helping us to make the delivery instructions easy,thank you Mark.

Went to buy some laminate that was very good value. Chris served us and not only advised us on delivery but also helped us to save more money on the project. Excellent service

Great help from Lindsay when I was stuck putting my tv mount on the wall. She found exactly what I needed and was very helpful with advice.

Easy to find what I need, prices are fair.

I want to say a huge thank you to Wickes, Birkenhead, and particularly their manager, Kate. I run a small community group called Love Bebington and they have kindly provided us with £100 worth of paint to go towards our restoration work of the crazy golf course in Higher Bebington Park, as part of the Wickes Community Programme. Kate was so helpful and we can't thank her and the store enough for their support. We really appreciate it. Thank you on behalf of all of us at Love Bebington and the community of Bebington!
