Wickes - Bolton Reviews 

We visited the Wickes store in Bolton because we wanted information about wet wall panelling. The designated person for this area was busy with other customers so we ask another member of staff if he could help. Nothing was too much trouble, he looked up the product on the website gave us the code and explained what to do and pointed out the benefits of this product. This person was polite, knowledgeable and a credit to your company. We have now ordered the panels for home delivery, thank you. Only wished we would have got his name.

Michael helped me find the items I was looking for without any problems.
He had great knowledge of everything and even helped me carry my items to my car.

Antony was brilliant, he was friendly and knowledgable helping us find the right kitchen for us based on our taste and budget. He advised of offers and discounts available to us meaning we got a great deal and were able to replace our full kitchen rather than just partially as we’d originally thought.
We were able to get an appointment quickly, the process was efficient and Antony booked a follow up home visit within the same week to double check our measurements.
Overall great service, would highly recommend Wickes and Antony personally based on this experience.

The designer of our kitchen , Anthony brown is the only reason I have put a high rating as he was great throughout the project , nothing was any trouble . But the distribution was horrendous , I will be escalating it as it was that bad it cost us extra money due to the deliveries being wrong on multiple occasions.

I can’t thank the Wickes team enough from our first consultation with Adam McNamara the design consultant to the installer Kris they have made our dream come true for our bathroom. Very professional from beginning to end.Adam was very helpful and Kris consulted us on everything.

I was a putting off having my kitchen done after visiting a couple of other stores,we then went to Wickes. We were met with Mr Adam McNamara. He showed us their kitchens, explained from buying to installing. He visited our home and went through all our options,designed it and give us advice on what would be best for us. November their fitter Harry fitted it. I’ve had to get them back a few times for small errors. Came back when we arranged a date and sorted it. My kitchen is amazing. Would highly recommend Adam to anyone and Wickes in general. So much so my friend wanted a new bath room. She went to Wickes saw Adam and is now in the process of having her bathroom fitted shortly. Wow well pleased with the service, kitchen, flooring, and design of my kitchen. Would highly recommend Wickes. 10 out of 10. Love my new kitchen.😊

Absolutely Superb Service.

I had an issue with my table top, 3 dowels were stuck inside, broken, Alex sorted out the issue with the help of Morgan.

I needed to order sockets the young man jack was so patient with me . It seem to take forever but he didn’t care . Such a lovely young man

Amazing customer service from Jenny D right from the start, she is professional, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and overall a great designer - An ideal designer to have on your side when trying to create your dream kitchen, who spent extra time trying to make sure the kitchen was symmetrical, and went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with the final design m.
Definitely the best customer service I have received for a kitchen design appointment. Can’t wait to see the final kitchen once fitted!

It was a really easy process. Antony measured our space and then planned it out. He was very quick getting back to us with any changes we had asked for. We didn't feel pressured into getting the kitchen which made it easier to think through and get exactly what we wanted. All the stages of the process were fully explained and we were really happy with the service.

We wanted a new kitchen for Christmas!! Even though we were in November, all the processe was enjoyable and somehow fun!!
We had the pleasure to met Jenny Dooley, the designer of our new kitchen, she is a friendly and enthusiastic person but
she is as well very professional and
knowledgeable. During all the processe was very easy and approachable to comunicate, and she made us feel confident and in control of all the situation all the time. A perfect person to have as a partner in projects like these.
The team that ripped our old kitchen and installed the new one was Mike Hawarth's team, they did a magnificent job in a very short period of time, all the team did a fantastic job and I can't fault them. The house being an old victorian house, challenged them and they had several set backs because of it, but Mike's team jump the hurdles with professionalism and always with very good spirit.
Thank you to everyone involved you are in our hearts.

Everything from.start to finish absolute perfect very happy with my new wetroom and the installation by d tiled bathrooms is amazing

Dimensions were measured wrong by Wickes themself and when we asked to return the cupboard that didn’t fit due to no fault of our own it took them months to finally accept it back.

We still haven’t received the bath clips needed to secure the bath panel. We were told to call customer service, I’ve tried now many times and cannot continue to hold after waiting 1 hour for someone to answer. Really frustrating terrible customer service and extremely expensive prices.

Our kitchen project has been a labour of love due to the requirements of our extension. I have to say our designer Antony, went above and beyond to create the kitchen of our dreams. Nothing was too much trouble, even when we asked for last minute changes. During the course of the installation, we had a few challenges to over come, such as a steel beam which was much lower than expected. The Kitchen fitter was able to work with these additional problems and I have to say the finish is outstanding. Thank you to both Antony and Paul for all their hard work on our project, we intend to enjoy every part of our kitchen.
