I would like to thank Ensar for his amazing customer service, I came in for a few accessories and he was very helpful along the way

Came in , there was no staff available the manager stated however ensar came in and assisted me with garden slabs. Really good brother , 10 star customer service

I needed ten bags of cold lay tarmac earlier today. Wickes had it in stock but I was unable to load it on the trolley. One of their staff, Mo Ghulam helped me load it and suggested a better way of using the trolley (pull it rather than pushing it). Very much appeciated his help, great service thank you.

Absolutely appalling service, delivery scheduled between 1-5, not on time came at 7.40 no apology. The Bradford branch manager asked me what do you want me to do about the delivery. Never order from Wickes again, no tracking system so you can track your order. DO NOT order from Wickes.

Mo was fantastic my mother is approaching end of life and was struggling to do find stock, even it was Saturday and so busy Mo helped out.
He was amazing

Lisa, Asma and Jo at the till are brilliant. They are all very down to earth and makes the visit pleasant. Based off this experience, i recommended this store to my friends and family. Clean and fresh store. Always stocked up and if you are lucky. Some right bargains!!

Top tier quality service from ensar, helped me locate and item i was interested in and went above and beyond in service

Was looking for tiles and laminate flooring when Ensar came along and with his knowledge of the store and their produce helped me decide what suited my needs best. Lovely guy and exceptional attitude to his work.

The 5 stars are not even enough to say how good the service is. Mo ghulam has been abokautely amazing in this stressful journey and hes made my shopping experience amazing

Ensar is a credit to Wickes - Bradford. Simply put me and my Mrs arrived to buy some MDF panels for her parents home

We were warmly accommodated with a “can do” attitude and we left incredibly happy

Mo at Wickes ingleby road was a great help. Very approachable and helped me grab a kitchen unit which was under other units so we had to shuffle them around until I found the one I wanted. What a star, very kind and also helped me load the van up. Great guy

Ordered Orlando base unit as it mentions online order for delivery. Delivery 3-8 days. Came in the 3rd day for update was told it’s with supplier just have to wait.
Checked emailed for 8 days no response. On the 8th day. Manager called Akib. Told him just give me a refund as I’ve waited long enough. He started showing his badge i am the manager I’ll deal with it. My receipt seemed strange to them.
Explained to him who served me on the day. His face expression was like don’t know who you’re talking about. No sorry. No appologies his body language was like it is what it is. Just seemed like too calm not even trying to help. Giving it the big ones. Like what you talking about. I felt like a dumbass. Just stay quiet and walk out crying.
Well customer service, he rang and said apparently my order not gone through and no payment been made. Biggest builshit. Showed him my statement. And ofcourse payment has been made. And not reversed. This Akib guy has the biggest chip on his shoulder. No manners. He thinks only he can do the talking and the customer who is frustrated can’t reply and listen to his bullshit. I followed all the procedures but still didn’t receive my delivery.
The man who served me when I first placed the order said YES I will get a refund because I HAVE PAID IN THE STORE.
But this Akib wouldn’t refund me saying I willl get a call within 24 hours, which of course I didn’t.
The staff don’t know what the heck they are doing.

Think twice before doing an online order through the store.

Just came to Wickes and upon arrival met this lovely chap called Ensar. His customer service was on point from start to end, helping me decide which materials to use for my new bathroom. His knowledge was superb and his service was impeccable. You should definitely praise your colleagues, especially Ensar. He’s doing a cracking job.

Oven though I’ve got wickes round the corner from my house I always come to Princeroyd Way because of their customer service. Asma always provides individual and exceptional approach to my needs . Highly recommend

Looked on your website and found the following product Corotherm polycarbonate sheets code 322615 on sale at the Shipley store when I visited the till showed 6 in stock these could not be found by 3 members of staff who looked on the shop floor and the warehouse they checked and told me the Bradford Ingleby road store had 8 in stock when I visited the store I had the same experience 2 staff members could find the product so wasted time, petrol and money chasing a product not available, Not happy

What a great experience and customer satisfaction given by the staff at wickes Bradford. I had to travel over hour for this store as I don’t have a wickes store in my area. The dealings from staff was satisfactory especially from Asma on tills! Will deffos travel again in the future.

Very good service and friendly

I had a fantastic experience at the Wickes store in Bradford while looking for an adhesive for some wooden slat panels. I was unsure which product to to go for and I spoke to Aqib who was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the different adhesive options and recommended a few that would work best for my project. His advice was spot on, and the adhesive worked perfectly. It's great to get such expert and friendly service – Aqib really went above and beyond. I’ll definitely be returning for future DIY needs. Thanks again!
