The 5* is for Georgia and for all the help, patience as well as her knowledge of products available.
We feel Georgia is a great asset to the Wickes store in Bridgwater with her fresh outlook on design and friendly attitude.
She helped design and create our perfect kitchen with right mix of drawers, cupboard etc to make it practical and workable.
Nothing was too much trouble and she always communicated with us to let us know what was happening. Very important and sadly a skill lost by many!
The few issues we had were not sorted by the allocated 'project manager' but Georgia.
Great work and much appreciated.

We chose Wickes for our new kitchen as we wanted a 'Shaker ' style in sage green and they met our specification for Neff installed equipment, and features including quality access to the units etc. We had a contractor already in MS Kitchens and Bathrooms of Weston super Mare, and they worked with our chosen Wickes Consultant Andrew Watkins at Wickes Bridgwater Store. Focusing on Andrew, he spent valuable time listing out our requirements, and produced a design to our budget, advising the pro's and con's associated with the layout of our downstairs kitchen replacement. Visiting site he measured the confines of the area and provided us with a model design. Our Consultant Andrew assisted with the delivery of material a few days after works commenced and demolition and removal of the old kitchen, so that the delivery mitigated the impacts of our reduced living conditions, some 166 items for construction. One panel was found to be dented, which was replaced by Wickes within a couple of days. Throughout the whole 5 weeks MS Kitchens and Bathrooms liaised constantly with the Consultant and the whole process was seamless, which meant a stressless process for us as customers. The team we put together also worked with some external independent trades people we employed separately, for example the LVT flooring, and we were delighted with the final build. We believe giving credit where it is due and would like to thank Andrew Watkins Consultant at Wickes Bridgwater, Somerset alongside Mariusz & Kris of MS Kitchens and Bathrooms Weston super Mare, for their outstanding quality of design and construction, approachable and helpful nature. No customer care.Fence panel delivered from Wickes was badly warped, eventually got it collected but no sign of replacement. No offer of compensation and extremely poor customer service. Be advised don’t use Wickes

As a buyer we never felt any pressure on purchasing in a certain time and really spent good time creating a kitchen that works for us in every way.

Thrilled with my ‘new to me’ kitchen. Andy visited and measured and l met him at the Bridgwater store to discuss the plan and recommendations. He was so efficient l was happy to trust his choice for flooring and splash backs and it’s gone together very well.

We went to Bridgwater store and was introduced to Georgia Curtis in the kitchen design department, we could not of asked for a more kind, professional and very patient person, she spent time with us showing us different designs of kitchen that would fit/suit our kitchen what she designed was gorgeous and we are so happy with it, Georgia is a credit to Wickes and will certainly recommend her to friends and family 😍

I needed some paint mixed to a specific colour and I was helped by a wonderful woman named Karen Rider.

She was helpful, understanding and patient with me, as I suffer from Anxiety.

Great store too, with plenty of choice of paints, etc.

There are not enough words to describe how amazing Andy has been with the help of redesigning our whole kitchen. He picked up what we liked and wanted and designed it perfectly. Even when we added items later he was so helpful and didn’t bat an eyelid. He has been incredible and a real asset to you. We will be doing our bathrooms next and will be going back to Andy 100%. He has been nothing short of superb. Will highly recommend wickes and Andy.

I don't usually leave reviews but felt I needed to. The customer service in Bridgwater kitchen and bathroom department is outstanding. Andy who designed both my kitchen and bathroom did a wonderful job with both and goes the extra mile. Even solved problems with insulation that was not to do with him, very helpful would highly recommend.

Splendid help from Andrew Watkins, Design Consultant, and the team at Bridgwater. So much help and wonderful advice given and all done in such a friendly, kind and professional manner. Nothing was too much trouble. Their goodwill, support and warmth has continued for many months (we've got a rather complicated situation) and this guidance and care is greatly appreciated. Brilliant. My kitchen is lovely but the delivery van damaged the roof/wall over a shared driveway bit like a coach house. They misjudged the height of the roof. No dispute about blame but took 3 months to. resolve. The insurance people ignored me as their client was Wickes and the builders client was the insurance company. Communication poor and the repair has made my house worse than it was. The paint colour doesn't match the rest of my house and worse they went over on to my neighbours house?! They through no fault of their own now have a case to take on with Wickes
Be aware. Update…despite the message below NO-ONE from Wickes has contacted me. My neighbours and I now pursuing.

Lady at till was very helpful, all was going quite well until I asked a young man if he wanted to take my money. Totally impolite, job apathetic and obviously not Trained. Does not understand WHO pays his wages.
Unfortunately Bridgwater has a hold on such general builders supplies wood etc, so I cant really go elsewhere. Have to suffer their unstable unreliable friendly helpful approach. NO thank you for your business - NOTHING.

All great - Andy at the Bridgwater branch was very knowledgeable and helped through the process including swapping out elements mid-install with other options. Always available and quick to respond.
