Went to the Bulwell store to look for paint colours and sample. Couldn't locate everything I was after so asked Ben to help. Super guy, nothing was too much trouble and he helped me get what I was after.

Holly was amazing, I was so nervous about being pushed into something but she was nothing like that and really helped me chose my dream kitchen. Such a brilliant price aswell. Really really pleased with the service. Thank you Holly for all your help.

Went into Wickes in bulwel Nottingham,for a TV cable.
I wasn't sure what to get or things were? So I ask a member of staff,he was very helpful & friendly.
Jake showed me were to go & advised on what TV fitting I need.
Very pleased with my trip to Wickes today 😊
Also I was very pleased with the help I received ,when I called to see if they sold TV cables .so warm, friendly & efficient.

Went in for a specific paint which wasn't stocked so used the paint mixing system.
Was helped by Lewis K who was extremely helpful and gave good advice 👍

I visited the Bulwell store yesterday, I was very impressed with how the store looked, it was very clean and there were plenty of staff around to help me , the staff i spoke to seemed very helpful and advised me on some paint which i purchased..
I will definitely be visiting this store again

Popped in for some white paint to refresh my daughter’s bedroom. There was so much to offer! Didn’t know which one was best, member of staff very helpful in helping me choose the correct one! Very happy.!

I’ve recently had my ensuite fitted using tiles and units from Wickes, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I arrived in store with a list of fittings from the plumber and absolutely no idea what I was looking for or where to find anything. The staff were incredibly helpful, taking the time to help me locate everything I needed and making sure I had the correct items. Every time I visit the store the service is fantastic, friendly, and knowledgeable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Wickes.

Ben was super helpful, I had an issue with a product and he went above and beyond to make sure it was sorted, amazing customer service from himself and his manager Russ!

Had a problem with getting the correct end panel for a kitchen - Ann Marie was so helpful her product knowledge was excellent & she found us an alternative enabling us to finish our new kitchen. Many thanks.

Been down 3 times to sort a problem with my order and still nether got our bathroom shower pole and was shocked with the manager and there customer service

I was in store with my triplet granddaughters looking for a lemon satinwood ,after picking a colour the lovely Ann mixed the paint ,involving the girls and showing them how the machine worked . She definitely went above and beyond.

I needed a paint match for wallpaper I had just purchased, Steve ward offered to scan the piece of paper I had and supply us with a tester pot which turned out to be absolutely perfect. Thanks Steve, very helpful.
