Ordered online and went to pick it up and it quickly became clear that the items I'd bought wouldn't fit in my car. Thankfully Jacqui at the Caerphilly store was very helpful and suggested using the delivery service instead.

Brilliant service, good ideas and suggestions. The only negative is not having a printed plan to take away. The powers that be should listen to the customer as this is a great tool to help you visualise your new kitchen. This could be a deciding factor in purchasing the kitchen.

The newly promoted team lead was extremely helpful. He went out of his way to assist me and my Mum.

I had a fantastic experience at my local Wickes. The store was well-organised and easy to navigate, but what really stood out was the excellent customer service. A special mention goes to Jackie, who went above and beyond to help me. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience so much easier. It’s rare to find staff who genuinely care, but Jackie was brilliant – a real credit to the team. Thank you!

I visited Wickes in Caerphilly earlier I needed floor tiles but needed help checking how much I needed to buy. The staff were so helpful and I was able to purchase the correct amount. Jack a staff member there put all 14 boxes of tiles onto the trolley checked the batch numbers & also helped put the very heavy boxes into my car.

Sion and the lady on the till with glasses appologies I didn’t get her name, were very helpful getting my cladding issue sorted and they did spot on.

I had the pleasure of being assisted my a wonderful young man by the name of Sion, he was extremely helpful in finding the right worktop for my project
He even helped me load it on to the trolley and also to put it on top of my van, what a lovely guy and a great advocate for Wickes and true customer service

Lee (gallaghers court) was very helpful, kind and knowledgeable in his role. Waited to offer to help myself and my mother to the car with our tiles. Would definitely recommend recieving his help in store

Jacqui is a great member of staff and is an asset to wickes. The prices are fair and the discount for trade is a good incentive, better than that orange shop down the road!

A quick thanks to Ian S of Wickes Caerphilly. I popped in this morning for six bags of 100 litre bark. He was clearly on his morning break but had jumped to help me load up what are quite heavy bags.

Another visit to Wickes Caerphilly to pick up some paving slabs, Richard and Hannah helped take them off the shelf and on to my trolley, both were very friendly, Richard then offered to take them to my car and load them into the boot, which was a great help, Thank you Richard. This is the 2nd great customer service I've received in a week from the Cearphilly store. Would never get that service in B&Q

Visited the Caerphilly store today , staff very polite and very helpful when I asked for some help in purchasing some patio slabs.
Store worker named Ian S. was amazing in getting the slabs onto my trolley, taking my payment at the till and then loading them into my car as I requested. Ian S. was very polite and I would recommend him and the store to anyone. Thank you Ian S.
