Ordered a kitchen and utility room, we had a planning meeting with James, who had the patience of a saint! James knew what he was doing, which made the whole process 100 times easier! Would definitely recommend.

She helped find what I was looking for, opened a palette that had just come in to get what I needed and also looked up whether another item was available in store & discussed delivery options! Sian knew where everything was, nothing was too much and she was very informative … but most of all super friendly, helpful and made the shopping experience a lot easier.. just what I needed whilst shopping with my baby!

Had to pick up some items this morning. And everything was available and easy to find. Selena was at the checkout and as per normal very friendly and helpful in fact I have never had any issues with any of the staff and are always helpful in finding the products, even if I have passed them etc.

We had some skirting boards kindly donated to us for our renovation of the loft space in an old chapel that is used as a community centre. Morgan Davies from the Caerphilly branch helped with this so would like to thank him for all he did for us.

I have always preferred the Caerphilly store to the other. The Customer service is always 100%

I’d had problems ordering some bulky items on line but my issues were sorted quickly and painlessly by Sion and team after a short visit to the Caerphilly store.

Liz was really helpful! She opened a till after seeing us waiting, asked us about our day and was very friendly.

The shop has a weird layout, it seems a little bitty, but otherwise very clean and tidy.

Sion in the Caerphilly site today was amazing. So helpful, polite and friendly, a true credit to your store!

I recently purchased a pedestrian gate and post from Caerphilly store.The gate was fitted first and then the post, when the job was finished I noticed the top cap was missing.
Called the store and spoke to duty manager Ian who was very helpfull and with assistance from his colleague Morgan they spoke to the supplier who sent me a replacement top cap.
Was sent by mail and received within two days.
