Wickes - Cannock Reviews 

We had some thoughts about buying a new kitchen, so we started out by getting some ideas and prices. One of the places we went to, amongst other big brands and local suppliers, was Wickes in Cannock. From the outset, Faz came across as a very friendly, considerate designer with a wealth of ideas to help us shape our early thoughts. It only took two iterations before between us we landed on our perfect solution. Faz built our design right in front of us in-store, listening to our concerns without hesitation but gently steering us if we got carried away and went too far. At no point did Faz give us the ‘hard sell’, just great advice based on her experience. We’re delighted with the end result and now can’t wait for our new kitchen to be installed.

We found the whole process so easy and professional. Donna made us feel comfortable from the first meet and she was very helpful during her home visit and in store. She gave us ideas and options we hadn’t thought of and it was great to see it all on her photo plans.
We wernt pressured and would definitely recommend her to friends.

The design service was excellent. Donna at the Cannock branch was extremely patient with us as we worked on the design and she was full of really good design ideas that resulted in a fabulous kitchen. The fitters ( John Richmond, Chris and Steve) were exceptional from start to finish. We are delighted with the high quality workmanship throughout and would highly recommend these fitters.

From start to finish, Scott Darby….. fantastic! Super explanation and design and communication to fitting John Haddon…..again fantastic! Lovely guy, super work and super guy. Would absolutely recommend both of these guys and Wickes for a great job done.

Excellent customer service from a young guy Sebastian at the cannock store. I'd been sent to buy shed roof felt, not knowing which section it would be in or how heavy it would be. Sebastian took me to it and even though I said I'd go and fetch a trolley as the store was very busy, he insisted on carrying it to my car being really friendly and chatty to me.

Donna is helping us design our kitchen and has come up with ideas we would never have thought of. She has listened to our needs and given us various options to choose from and has been beyond patient with us changing our minds on options. We are finding her input & knowledge invaluable and would highly recommend the kitchen design service provided by Donna

Donna Harris at Cannock, was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. Valuable advice and couldn't be more helpful. Gave us all the time we needed, no rushing.

Easy to design kitchen, friendly staff who are always really helpful. Lots of support and guidance so you get the kitchen you want.
As with any new build there were some snagging issues...this was sorted without fuss. I love my new kitchen and have had so many compliments.

Came into the store today to see the design that Scott had done for us following his home visit to measure up on Thursday.
Well all both my wife and I were put at ease and made to feel comfortable straight away, he walked us through the options we had and answered all of our questions very knowledgeably so much so we placed an order with him.
We also hinted that we will be back in the future to look at bathroom's.

Best kitchens.
Just ordered my 3rd kitchen from Wicks store in Cannock.

Terrible after sales service worst in my experience. Design people no help after sales for even a very small issue. No stars if I could.
Smart arsed nothing more than salespeople

Professional workman ship and great design advice . Wickes were always willing to discuss any queries and offer the best options . With the help from Donna at Cannock branch and Ben our kitchen fitter we could not have been happier with our new kitchen . Highly recommend the quality and finished design .

Bathroom took 6 weeks to install instead of two. Substandard. Area manger agreed it was and need to be ripped back out. Tiles not level sealant all coming away. Floor uneven. Plastering redone three times. Took 6 months to fit to acceptable level. Never again. Sorry to say but cowboys come to mind. And compensation offered £350. What an insult.

We had our kitchen quoted by Donna and found the experience with Wickes very easy and would definitely recommend. Donna was very friendly and professional and nothing was too much trouble.
