Absolutely terrible company!!
We purchased a very expensive kitchen back in March. Since delivery we have had endless problems and issues. Broken cupboards, damaged sink, the colour plinths, missing parts, splash back sent warped and damaged.
After multiple attempts at contacting both the Cardiff store and customer services we have had very little response. We have had the wrong items sent out again.
Now customer services are not responding at all.

Disgusting service and such a terrible business. I would never ever use wickes again and I will not recommend them to anyone!

I regret spending such a large sum of money on a substandard and shoddy kitchen!!

Avoid wickes at all costs!!!

Great experience, from contacting our local Wickes store, to receiving a date for a visit from Wayne and then viewing the results following his visit to provide us with a design. Extremely professional, and friendly, Wayne knew exactly what we needed from my first statement of "I need workspace". The plan put together was exactly what was needed and very much appreciated as Wayne had the knowledge to know where and how things should be positioned. A very positive experience received.

Great service as usual. Place is always well stocked and staff very professional and pleasant. Big thanks to ANNA which help every time I got some issue to find or choose products. Thanks

Anna from the Newport Road store is always helpful and is very prompt when doing click and collect . She is friendly and welcoming and always points me in the right direction when looking for something .

Visited the Wickes store in Newport Road Cardiff, Rhys was very friendly and helpful and identified what we needed.
All staff were happy and friendly.

Had a great experience with Wayne Tyler-Grant, he was very helpful and knowledgeable, would definitely recommend!

I bought some beaded MDF which when i got home realised a bit of one panel was damaged. I took it back to exchange however the panelling i needed was on a forklift at the bottom, but a massive thankyou to Greg W who kindly delivered it to my home once the store closed, the same night!!! Exceptional customer service, Greg completely went above and beyond, something you wouldnt get elsewhere. Thankyou so much, the staff at the Cardiff Store are absolutely brilliant!

Bought Zenith compact worktop from Wickes Cardiff, and had it installed by their fitter. 2 years later the worktop is peeling around the undermount sink and on the drainer. Zenith carries a 10 year guarantee with all other suppliers. Sent photos to Wickes to make a claim and on basis of looking at my photos and asking how I clean it (which by the way is exactly as it says to clean it on their website and Zenith's website) they say they've thoroughly investigated my claim and it is invalid due to the aftercare procedures not being followed. It's a drainer!! I've wiped it down with a mild detergent, rinsed it with warm water and wiped it down. The website says Zenith is 100% waterproof, durable for years and suitable for drainers. Wickes are NOT a reputable kitchen provider and fitter and do NOT honour any warranty. Go to B&Q or Wren instead - the customer service is so much better!

Just want to say a huge thankyou to Daniel Singh at the Cardiff Newport Road branch, he was so helpful with getting a very large garden storage unit from the shop into my car, so so polite and helpful and really friendly. He's a real credit to the team! I don't often write reviews but think having good customer service really does go along way! Thanks again

Friendly helpful service and efficient. Assisted with transferring topsoil to my car as it was a heavy load. Helped look for stock in the back as it was not available on the shelf.

Linda at the check out was helpful and friendly.

Kimberley was brilliant! Really helpful finding me a specific soil for our tortoise and very accommodating when my little girl needed the toilet.

Daniel was very friendly and the product was almost half the price as the same thing in City Plumbing! As a plumbing engineer Wickes will be my first stop in the future!

Firstly, when we visited the store,looking for a new kitchen,we saw Dave who was very helpful, knowledgeable and very pleasant.

We were then visited by Wayne, the design manager and can only say how, helpful, knowledgeable, professional and a very pleasant gentleman.
