I am delighted with the recent service …
I am delighted with the recent service I have received from Wickes, Newport Road Cardiff. From the beginning - regarding an enquiry, to being assisted in ordering on line. Paramount in this was the help I received from Linda, a store employee. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she patiently talked me through the whole process. Just wish there were more like her, as being a new customer, she has really made me feel that I can revisit this store and get all the help I need.

Friendly service that stuck to my requirements
Isabella was brillant at designing and uplifting my en-suite. She provided a friendly service when she came to do a home measure and equally so when we discussed the final design. The design fit my requirements without going to overboard which I've had with other providers with a price that was within my budget.

Visited the store on Saturday 19th April to finalise our kitchen at Newport rd, Cardiff. We had met with David previously and he was brilliant, thank you, As David is leaving we were then introduced to Wayne Grant, so knowledgeable and totally put us at ease, both David and Wayne couldn’t have been any more helpful especially as this is a big purchase for us and helped us with every query we had, looking forward to now seeing the final kitchen, thank you both!

Needed a specific drill bit for tiles and some advice on how to seal grouting, spoke to a lovely lady called kimberley who knew everything we needed to know about tiling and laying floors. If only every wickes had a kimberley, we'd use them more.

I was looking at tiles when Greg asked me if I needed help. He worked out how many tiles I needed and the adhesive, grout then even helped me to the car.
