Designer was not onsite
Booked an appointment online for 06.05.26 at 6.00pm but received a call from Wickes to inform appointment has been cancelled and should be rearranged for as the designer was out of office and will be in on 08.05.26.
Rearranged appointment for 08.05.26 for 5.30pm and visited store on time (5.26pm) but to surprise no one was in design office. Enquired customer service they informed design team left for the day long time ago.
Waisted time and effort.
