Went to purchase bath shower mixer tap. Wanted to look at them in person. None was on display. Only the basin taps were on display. All boxes were empty (understandably). There was two shelf’s for displaying the taps so basin taps should’ve been on shelf and the bath (with mixer) on the other shelf to display
See some more on display by the showroom but no prices on. Lady on the showroom was insisting that the others were on display and clearly wasn’t. Wasn’t the best experience today to view with a likely good of a purchase too

Cannot fault the Tiverton kitchen units, because they are excellent. But the Wickes subcontracted installation team have left a great deal to be desired particularly with the electrical side of the installation, which started to go wrong after an existing cable was drilled through. The entire situation was not made any better with an unfortunate lack of help or response to letters from customer service. All of which has taken the pleasure out of having waited 25 years for a new kitchen.

Ordered a kitchen from Wicks to be delivered on Saturday. Driver calls on confirm delivery within the hour. I see the van pull up and within 20 seconds drive away without notifying as to reason for not delivering; neither text or call. Pathetic and unprofessional service attitude.
Helpless bunch of jokers @ the showroom & customer service desk. Don't have access to take any tangible action or suggest a recourse to customer issues. Sitting in front of desktops only to input comments. Have cancelled my kitchen & appliances order for good. My first & last business dealing with Wicks. Appallingly incompetent lot.

Went to the chadwell Heath branch and experienced the worst customer service ever. Queued up for over 10mins at a payment point that was staffed and clearly had a PAY HERE sign to be told I can not pay there. When I finally got served I was told the light that I was trying to purchase was £10 dearer as the wrong price tag had been placed underneath, even though I took a photo of the light and price tag and showed it to the cashier which clearly showed the price. Ended up walking out without buying it and won’t be returning.

Just had my kitchen done by Chahrazade at the Wickes in Chadwell Health. Didn’t expect much but she was amazing, literally went above and beyond with her services. Friendly and lovely attitude and optimised my space in a way I never thought it could look. Never knew it could look this good 😂 money well spent 👍🏻if you need a kitchen done go ask for Chahrazade there x

Waiting for a delivery that never turned up. It appears Chadwell Heath Branch did not have the stock I was looking for. Quite clearly it says that they would call if stock wasn't available. Call never came so wasted a day.
