Avoid if your looking for professionalism and customer service. Abby Store Manager is quite possibly the rudest person I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. No apologies for wasting my time and clearly cannot manage her staff who give false and incorrect information.

Great collaboration with Cherazade!
Cherazade was absolutely amazing with my kitchen design and ordering! I cannot recommend her enough, very proactive with suggestions and patient. Cherazade was also very mindful of budgets. Asif checked in a few times, and was wonderful too. Fingers crossed for the installation :)

We received a fantastic service from the kitchen designer at wickes. She had an extensive knowledge of the products, and was able to advise us and help us design our new kitchen.
We left feeling really confident with our final design.
We generally found all of the staff members helpful and informative.
