Shannon and dawn are excellent at their job and customer service is amazing
Well done guys !!

I popped into the cheltenham store for a bag of rock salt after looking around I was unable to find it so I asked at the till and the lady tried to help me but had to ask another member of staff from the stores and was informed that it was outside. The outside area was closed but the other member of staff went outside in the rain to get me a bag. So big thank you to Dawn and Shannon for their help

Great stock of the essentials, and the Cheltenham staff are always helpful; today Ellie saved me time by helping me locate where the products I needed were.

Do not use this company to fit your bathroom/kitchen they use 3rd party cowboy fitters and when it goes wrong they say it’s between you and the 3rd party fitter despite them providing the fitter! There’s no warranty for fitting after spending thousands of pounds more on fitting through them. The bathroom that they installed for me has tiles that are moving a year after installing and Wickes and the fitter are refusing to provide repairs. Name of customer service representative that I’ve been dealing with is Adiellah Joubert who has been wasting my time with emails back and forth since May to tell me it’s not their problem.

Nicole was a massive help for us and went above and beyond. She was polite and friendly and very knowledgeable.

Dawn in Cheltenham branch was really helpful today and couldn’t have been nicer. We were pointed in the right direction for what we needed. Fab customer service - thank you.

Ballsed up my order.. told me would be here today so waiting for 5 tonne bags of bark chip to arrive just to be told it’ll be here next Monday..
Then to be told a refund would be even longer!!!

Staff really nice and couldn’t have been more helpful dealing with my return especially Nicole.

I have had two new bathrooms fitted in the house and look very good but if something goes wrong forget it.
I sent 16 e.mails to sort a flush that kept flushing, and we are on a water meter, so check your garauntee very carefully. We contacted the fitter who said he no longer works for Wickes so end of that. I will have to pay a local plumber £200 to fix the fault.

Kitchen fitted August 24. The two stars are for the second class customer service.Apart from a massive over order of non refundable parts in excess of £1700 by the designer, he failed to include a vent for the built in microwave. This was identified by a NEFF engineer who was called out because of a problem with the microwave in May ‘25.Wickes informed about the omission and a promise to have fitter contact us to fit vents. Four weeks and still nothing sorted. Wickes use to be my goto supplier, not anymore.

My Mum ordered a greenhouse from Wickes. Because she is elderly and has cancer, she had to wait for someone to put it up for her. As it's summertime, she had to wait 3 weeks until someone could put it up. Unfortunately 3 panes of glass were broken.
My Mum spoke to Wickes who said as it was more than 30 days from the delivery date, they refused to replace the broken glass. Instead offered a grand total of £4 towards the new ones. My poor mum now has to find someone else to replace the glass!
Appalling service!
Edit - Despite providing the extra information required, Wickes have not bothered to contact my mum to resolve things. Disgusting expecting an elderly woman with cancer to try and find somewhere to supply 5 glass panels that were only broken due to insufficient packaging!

I found the staff very helpful and friendly, I needed a refund as the wooden plant boxes are not allowed on the park home estate where we live in case of fire. We were so impressed with how we were helped we bought 2 100ltr water butts.

We ordered too many packs of laminate.We returned them to the store and was served by Dawn.She was very friendly and helpful and dealt with our returns efficiently.We will look for her next time in the store as we now have to return some floor tiles.

Curtis was helpful and knowledgeable and helped guide me through the process. He took time and answered questions which made the process easy!
