Marchela Chamberlain my Kitchen Planner at Crawley branch was great, helped me every step of the way and sorted out my query so that I didn't lose out on the available offers.
Delivery did not arrive on the day planned, got a call the morning it should have arrived to say it wouldn't be coming, very inconvenient.

We had a very good bathroom planner. Paulina was so helpful right from the start. The bathroom fitters Dave and his team were great. The bathroom looks fabulous. I would highly recommend the service and workmanship we received. Everyone kept us informed and they did exactly what they said they would and to a high standard. Thank you Wickes

We ordered 5 pairs of matt black 'London' door handles online in April 2025.
When our carpenter arrived to fit the doors on May 28th 2025, we found that a single handle was missing.
I took the pack to the local store in Crawley, but the manager, Mark, refused to do an exchange, which seemed unjust. He said too much time had elapsed between purchase and return.
After Wickes response, I am still not satisfied, and will leave the experience as 1-star.

If I could give this company 0 I would Diabolical kitchen designers!!! Haven’t got a clue what they are doing with reg to measurements, once the builder had cut things down to size which took longer and became more expensive as we were on a budget!!! The carcasses for the kitchen anew cheap and flimsy. Stay away from this kitchen absolute rubbish so we’re the so called kitchen designers. And as for customer service it’s non existent Crawley branch West Sussex

We had our bathroom renovation completed through Wickes last year. That process was OK but their customer service team was poor to address the issues caused by wickes poor service. (They sent the wrong part, another broken part etc.)

Ive now tried several times over the last 2 months to get their customers service team to replace a product that is within warranty. But they routinely ghost you and are incapable of following up on anything. Ive received more survey links on how their team is doing than actual responses

I received a response on the 15th of May on trustpilot saying I would be responded to privately. If I was in can't see it. I then received a token response to my direct complaints to wickes which were wildly unhelpful and responses to this have been again routinely ignored. Any product or works guarantee offered by wickes are effectively worthless because of this

The room in which the bathroom was to be installed was quite small .The designer's positioning of the suite created the illusion of more space .The installers S B Building Solutions were skilled , resolving the many plumbing issues that occurred .The result was a beautiful and functional bathroom .Many thanks .Would highly recommend .

Purchased a fitted kitchen with Wickes two & a half years ago. Within a few months the laminate started to bubble on doors & drawers. Customer service was very hard to get a reply from but after a fight with them, eventually they replaced some of the faulty items. However the same problem kept happening on other doors & draws and previous bubbles & splits were getting worse. Again, Wickes sent a few replacements but when the kitchen fitter unpackaged three of the new drawers, the laminate had already bubbled & was peeling !
Wickes will not accept any liability & say it’s not a manufacturing issue and that this is caused by aftercare. How can it be the aftercare if they’re arriving already with the damage..
Wickes have now closed my complaint & will not replace any further units.
I would never recommend Wickes for any product & nor will I ever buy anything from their stores again. Their customer service is shocking.
Incidentally, I have recently learnt that other people have had the same issues with their laminate kitchens from Wickes and sadly they have not managed to get anywhere with them either.

Massive Thankyou to John G in Wickes Crawley for helping us through every stage of our new kitchen install. He was very patient and accommodating when our plans and ideas changed through the process. He dealt promptly with issues and was always friendly and helpful.

I recently went into the Crawley Wickes store to look at purchasing a new kitchen.
Where i met Richard Sherdian, he was most helpful and pleasant. In the afternoon Richard came along to measure my current kitchen and the next day i was happy to go ahead with an order. Richard was invaluable assisting with ideas and the overall plan of the kitchen.
Richard was most kind, helpful and patient.
Over the next week, i made some changes to the kitchen plan a couple of times and this was never an issue for Richard. Richard is very knowledgeable and his many years of experience certainly shows. Very friendly and always willing to answer any questions you may have whether by email, phone or in person.
It made the overall experience a happy one and i am looking forward to the new kitchen.

I had a bathroom installed a year ago and overall the work is good. The tiling however is very poor, some of the tiles are not aligned. When I told customer service they offered me £200 in reimbursement, which I agreed. The reimbursement was to be done via aI link and coincidentally I was away of the country with no access to my bank app. When I returned the link had expired. I called several times to ask to resend a valid link and each time customer service said they would call me back or resend the link. I think tried to call them for more 6 months and they kept saying the would call back and
never did. Although the local installers were professional and good (except for the tiler) the after installation customer service is appalling. Next time I will use a local installer rather that Wickes and go by recommendations.

Angela designed our new kitchen and we couldn’t be any happier with the service she provided. She is very knowledgeable and precise. She came to our home to measure exactly and to help figure out where everything will go. She helped keep the costs down as we were on a tight budget but made it so it still looked amazing. Very professional service and we would love to use Angela again next for our bathroom in the future. I highly recommend using Wickes and Angela for your designs.

Very happy with Richard Sheriden at the Crawley branch.
He was instrumental in executing my new kitchen. He is very knowledgeable, he knows exactly what is available from the range as well as having an excellent overall understanding of what is possible when fitting, work arounds and so forth.

I never felt like he was trying to oversell me anything, and he stuck within my budget.

He also continued to answer my questions throughout the installation.

John and Tom went above and beyond with installing the kitchen. They were so helpful and friendly and respectful of the park where we live. We could not recommend highly enough for our amazing kitchen. Thank you to Richard for designing such a stunning and practical space for us.

I have a wonderful new modern ‘spa’ like bathroom designed by Marchela Chamberlain at Wickes store Crawley. Marchela was able to listen to my ideas and translate that into a beautifully designed bathroom that’s also practical. I’m so pleased I took the leap and decided to go ahead l wasn’t sure I would be able to get a free standing bath and standalone shower in my bathroom but I was proved wrong. It’s absolutely stunning! Marchela was a great help throughout with any questions or concerns replying swiftly. If you’ve been dreaming of a new bathroom don’t put it off it’s absolutely worth it!

I went in for a collection today, the lady at the counter was very kind and attentive. Young guy, Josh, was very helpful... totally recommended!!

Angela has been very attentive in helping us select and design our new bathroom. She listened carefully to what we wanted and has been friendly and knowledgeable throughout. Nothing was too much trouble and she was so personable. She made us feel at ease and very much involved in the process. Would definitely recommend. Thank you Angela!

we are currently renovating a cottage ourselves and are in need of materials and advise constantly - We have been assisted by Jet in the Crawley store on many occasions and she has been so helpful whilst having a good sense of humour at the same time on every occasion so we want to ensure she gets the credit when due - Cheers Jetx

I recently have been renovating and needed assistance with designing and ordering fittings for bathrooms and a utility room.

I was helped by the design advisor Richard at Wickes in Crawley. I cannot recommend Richard highly enough. He was so patient, the process of design took multiple appointments. He happily booked the appointments and attended them in the store with me, carefully going through what should go where and advising on the best product for the job. He is so knowledgeable about not only the quality of the products but the fitting process that it made it something that would have been tricky to do by yourself easy and fun.

In addition, Richard met me on site to check the measurements that we had given were correct and that the designs would fit perfectly. Even after the items had been ordered Richard regularly checked in with me to see if delivery had been made and all things were received on time. We ordered a lot of kit for 4 bathrooms and he has helped me ensure that all of the kit will be fitted in the correct bathroom.

He has been so helpful and always happy to answer any questions about the kit I have received, helping chase things up and ensuring that everything is in order for our fitters. He really does go above and beyond. You can ask him anything. If he doesn’t know he’s always happy to find out. He is such a pleasure to deal with and has been invaluable on our renovation project. He always goes out of his his way to ensure things get done. I would have been lost without him. When the project is done I’m going to miss speaking to Richard!
