Hi I visited my local store today and was helped by a very friendly and helpful employee Kay was very knowledgeable professional would definitely visit the store again

Excellent service today from Kay , the product that we wanted was on a pallet waiting to be put out on shelf, she explained that if we waited it would be about 20 mins so we decided to wait. Within ten minutes Kay came out to car to say that they'd found it , exceptional friendly service 😍

Did a click and collect, walked in sorted straight away by a courteous member of staff. Within a couple of minutes I was on my way with my goods. Excellent service.

Excellent assistance by a young lady named Kat and a gentleman today. They were so helpful and helped load our van with over 35+ packs of flooring… then assisted further in the shop with other items, picking and packing due to being heavily pregnant. Thank you for being so lovely and making it easy to shop.

David the kitchen designer was absolutely amazing. He took the time to fit us in even though he was very busy. He was so happy and chatty and very good at his job.

Came in with little knowledge on how we would like a bathroom and after booking an appointment with Tyler, he guided us through an eventual design. Helping us through each step and making sure we were certain on different aspects and finished design. The delivery and also the installation team found were also very good and timely. Upon completion we couldn't have asked for anything better.

Fantastic store. I went in with some awkward queries but Claire couldn't do enough to assist me to ensure I got the correct materials for my DIY project. The timber from the store is usually of better quality than other large rival DIY stores in the area. Will 100% be back for more materials in the future

Good value products, not all staff are willing to help you, had help for 1 or 2 female staff members Claire on the checkout was excellent one of the few that are friendly and willing to help other can be ignorant and miserable with a poor attitude to help you out when you need them with lifting and carrying large objects like fence panels like i experienced in this visit.

Rachel at Wickes doncaster was nothing short of fantastic she gave me really good service and nothing was too much trouble she calculated how much flooring I needed and she was bang on with her numbers it fits like a dream thank you Rachel

I've been a customer of the Doncaster branch near the racecourse for many years, spending thousands of pounds in the process. I called in his morning and bought some interior doors, trellis and wood preservative. I'm not one for leaving reviews but I just wanted to acknowledge the staff, always polite with a smile. A special thank you to the store manager Pete and the lady who served my today.

Served by Claire who was very helpful did a click and collect my purchase was there ready to collect without fuss

Absolutely wonderful staff, super helpful and friendly. When I couldn’t find what I was looking for today I asked a lovely guy called Pete who took me straight to the item. I have visited other Wickes stores in the past but Doncaster staff really are the best x

All the staff at the Doncaster store are so friendly and chatty. On a recent visit there I was purchasing 3 big bags of logs and a staff member stepped in to ask if I needed assistance before I even began struggling. He spotted that i was trying to navigate steering the trolley whilst also holding my dogs lead. I was very grateful of his help and his friendly manner so I made sure that I took notice of his name badge. Thank you Dan. I really appreciated it :-)

A staff member called claire was very helpful and pointed me to all the items I was wanting to buy. Easily described and very professional.
