my go to place
Wickes is often my go to place for building materials and supplies. I always leave with the products I need. On my last visit I needed to return a surplus item and get other products, Claire was very helpful as always and made the return and purchase very swift and easy!

I shop faily regularly at wickes being…
I shop faily regularly at wickes being a trade customer. But the doncaster store is an absolutely joke we have had tills not working ,to long queues.. visited today and again long queues. Two staff to deal with a click and collect order . Leaving one staff member to deal with serving everyone. This is a regular problem. More staff needed to man tills or put self service tills in . This place is a joke.

Rachel from Wickes in Doncaster has been nothing short of brilliant resolving my on-going delivery issues with the company.
Proficient, helpful and has gone out of her way to help me with more orders than she initially contacted me for. I’m still unhappy with Wickes general customer service and emails have provided no response but Rachel has saved the day!
