Emily at Dorking has been brilliant at steering us in the right direction with our kitchen.So far quite a painless journey, helped by her knowledge and efficiency. Hopefully the delivery of the kitchen will be just as good……..

Bought two packs of flooring. Didn’t realise how heavy they were. Carried them to the checkout but managed to suppress my instinct to brazen it out and accept Craig’s offer to carry it the rest of the way from the checkout to my car. Super courteous. Thank you.

Don’t often write reviews but I had to for Craig at Dorkng Wickes.
He served us on the till then came out and helped me load my car with very heavy roofing felt as I have a bad back.He was very kind polite and extremely professional.
If only all staff could be like Craig. I will be back

Super help from James in the Dorking Wickes today on a Sunday. He went above and beyond customer service wise, regarding helping me find the right spare parts I needed for installing my integrated dishwasher. Always very friendly in store. Highly recommend the customer service ALWAYS!

Brilliant customer service this week from Dan, Ryan and San at the Dorking Wickes store.
From helping me choose the right tiles and amount needed, to loading the trolley and putting them in the car nothing was too much trouble.
Genuine and nice people.

I popped into Wickes over the weekend with a tricky problem, and Dan was absolutely brilliant. He asked exactly the right questions from the start, quickly figuring out that the age of my property meant there were some hidden complications in putting up some simply shelving! Through a bit of out-of-the-box thinking and genuine care, he helped me find a solution then and there.

Dan spent real time with me, was kind, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience feel like the kind of service you’d hope for from a proper local hardware shop. He’s a real asset to the Dorking branch, if you’re ever stuck, Dan’s your man. I’ll definitely be going back.

As usual the staff are always willing to help . Today it was Adam who had to do the lifting for me and done it with a smile . The Dorking store is now the only one I use because the staff are so friendly and helpful.

I needed help.with some heavy bags of landscaping bark, and Craig at Dorking Wickes was very friendly and got it all o to my car for me. Great service!

Generally used for most DIY jobs and they in the main have the items that I require and the odd time they dont they tend to point me in the right direction to get what I was looking for.

The staff at the Dorking branch are always spot on and I have taken time to fill in this review as I guess it is about time.

I went in to buy bags of gravel. They were too heavy for me and a very helpful Craig, got a trolley and then loaded 8 bags for me. Waited for me to pay and they put them in my car for me. He was very friendly and polite. Thank you Craig!
