Customer service was really good from start to finish, we were kept up to date with installation and progress and everything went to plan. Bathroom is just as we wanted it (designed by Joanne) and we are very happy. I wanted a complete service so that I did not have to do anything and Wickes were able to provide that.

Staff always helpful, particularly marie, she always helps and always has a smile! Shelves are also well stocked

Marie was very helpful and has been every time I went to wickes.
She took time today to help to became a wickes pro member .
We need people like Marie in our hardware stores .

Raphael Simmons from the Dunstable branch designed, measured and priced for my new bathroom. I found him to be polite, reliable, genuine and easy to get along with in general. Any queries I had were answered effectively and quickly. He was very knowledgable and helpful. Raphael is a credit to Wickes and I would recommend his advice on new bathroom/kitchen designs in the future.

Raphael was extremely helpful and insightful from the get go for our kitchen, every single question or any issue that came up he was right there to help and advise, even with changing the specialist workers for us too. We are extremely pleased with our completely renovated kitchen which needed a lot of work done. Would highly recommend Raphael to anyone.

Our experience of ordering our bathroom design through Wicks was extremely smooth from beginning to completion, having it fitted through them. Joanne their design consultant and sales representative at the Dunstable store was brilliant. Our bathroom is very small but she was able to design a beautifully fitted shower, sink, toilet incorporating fitted units and storage cupboards with a lovely counter on top. Also communication was really good keeping us informed every step of the way. Nothing was too much. She chose excellent fitters who worked to a very high standard and again kept us informed and respected our property. We would recommend Wicks highly who also did our kitchen a few years ago!

Marie or Maria was unbelievably helpful and cheerful, literally saved my life 😂. I was placing an online order for £600+ had ordered a voucher but hadn’t realised it was in store use only. I went to the store and Maria placed the order in store., arranged delivery and sorted the voucher. All towards the of the day about 1940. Thank you, stopped my wife divorcing me

Very unexpected service from Wickes Dunstable yesterday and today from the same shop assistant Marie, yesterday I was purchasing a bath, I asked for one from the deposit as the one on the shelf was scratched. The reply from the deposit was, “the other we have are even more damaged”

So ended up buying the scratched one, the shop assistant expressed her judgement saying” ooooh you will be fine with that. Yes I might be. However she is not paying for the job so I let the customer decide whether is fine or not! (I would remind Marie to stick with her job) specially in front of damaged items.

Today i purchased different materials, laminated boards and all of them were chipped and scratched plus the cut finish is very questionable.

I asked for a discount as the boards are not in good conditions. Marie replied, “ no discount for stuff like that” so my questions to Wickes is, is the new policy to sell crap stuff? Or is a mix of employees not able to their job, constantly damaging items with inappropriate handling and the. Trying to sell them anyway so none complains?

always a pleasure shopping at dunstable Wickes when Marie is working. such a helpful employee, always smiling, helpful and fill of beans, she is wasted on tills, move this lady into senior management and become the national face of Wickes! Also...she deserves a pay rise!

I contacted Marie to check stock of an item as I had to travel 1hour 30 minutes each way. Very polite and gave me the info required. I actually was served by Marie. Friendly, knowledgable. Highly recommended.

I visited the store twice in the last two days and on both occasions the customer service was exemplary! On the first day the cashier ensured two children were kept safe, then organised a member of staff to assist with loading the purchases into the car. Although I was not personally served by Marie, I observed them go above and beyond to deliver good service.

On the second day , the manager assisted me with my purchases and took the time to review my calculations and answer any questions I had, which made me feel very valued.

Made an online order for click and collect.
Placing the order was simple and also the collection.
My issue is once collected, you have to wheel your trolley of items through the checkouts, and at this point I was shouted at by a checkout staff who thought I was stealing it in front of a whole queue of maybe 10 people!
Not impressed at all and probably the last time I use click and collect, maybe even Wickes.
Disappointed.

I had to return some items and Marie on the Tills was most helpful .
In addition I needed help buying an item and Marrie organised this with Nigel.
He found what I needed and gave me some very helpful advice as to the best way to apply the item.

Exceptional service at my home visit consultation - Jo was super friendly and helpful, no question too small and gave advice on what would work as I had 2 ideas for my bathroom… would highly recommend and can’t wait to see the design once I have my follow up appointment in store . thanks Jo you’re a credit to the company ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a vision when we visited Wickes at Dunstable, Jo came to the house and measured up, listened to our wants and needs and suggested some ideas too, Jo was very helpful, friendly and patient.
The delivery was on time and professional. Fitting of the kitchen, by Wickes fitter, Egis was great, he also laid the flooring and the overall job was done with care and dedication, he left the room tidy after each days work and paid attention to detail.
Jo was on hand for any queries we had and was always helpful, she also came out at the end of the kitchen fitting, I really liked this after sales care, thank you Jo and Egis for a great job.

Marie is a very helpful and cheerful lady, nothing is too much trouble for her, the store was clean and we found everything we needed.

Phoned Wickes Dunstable and spoke to Marie. Then went to shop and collected item that she had put by for me. She was helpful and friendly on both occasions.

Went to wickes today to pick up a few things and a tonne of MOT, was greeted by Marie, she was very friendly and saved me some money for my business through the wicked tradepro account. Great service and good banter.

Joanne Dewen was fab, she was so helpful, friendly, accommodating and flexible.

Marie in Dunstable was great, walked in today with an item for refund and was going to get another item first. Marie saw the item and receipt, asked if I needed help and took the item and prepared the refund whilst I went to get the other items. Super efficient and very pleasant to deal with. Well done Dunstable branch and Marie !
