Lovely staff
Really lovely and charming staff member named Nick assisted me in locating a glue gun, he dropped what he was doing and assisted me with a smile then even took me to the till and served me himself as the other cashier was busy with another customer. Really convenient store, well laid out was in and out with no problems at all.

Jake higham
We would like give Jake higham (assistant manager) @your east grinstead store 5 stars for his courtesy , brilliant service , amazing communication and all round 100% effort to turn around a disaster from Wickes automated / online services and bad communication from & including your customer services dept. Jake went above and beyond to provide us our materials to finish our project ( that was literally across the road from your branch). He listened to all the things we had gone through and proved that human interaction and communication is 100%better than relying on computers. We highly recommend Jake as an individual who went above and beyond to help. As for wicks online & customer services no stars !!

Stress free process
My mother decided she needed a new kitchen. We were led through the choices and design by Ryan Moore at their East Grinstead branch. We explained we had a budget and Ryan kept too this. Ryan was very thorough, throughout the whole process and very knowledgeable. He made several suggestions that we had not thought of. The whole choice and design process was made easy and we are very happy with the results of the whole design process. We are now awaiting delivery and installation over the next few weeks. Great customer service at checkout
Ben made my experience great today. A simple transaction for a water butt and one other item. I asked if he would carry it to my car. He said he would get a colleague to help. A lovely chatty, smiley young girl helped me straight away and said to enjoy the rest of my day. Left with a huge smile on my face from two wonderful young adults.
